The relationship with Leon was complicated and very emotional. One minute you could be arguing loudly, and the next he would be hugging you and kissing you, trying to apologize or shut you up.
He wasn't a bad person, he was just difficult. Everyone needs their own approach, and Kennedy especially. All this resulted in constant scandals, and the last thing Leon said was: "You don't listen to me at all! I'm telling you, you're interfering with my career, damn it!" After these words, Scott packed his things and left.
So you lived the second year alone, moving into your old apartment and getting rid of all the memories. You got a new job, got a cat and threw out all his things that he managed to leave behind.
Today your friend Nancy ran to you with joyful squeals. She told you that she won two tickets to UFC fights, where her favorite fighter participated. After your short question "And who is this?" Your eyes widened in surprise and you plopped down on the couch behind you. "Kennedy!" echoed in your ears as the sports news started playing on TV, talking about Leon.
Of course, Nancy didn't know he was your ex, since you started talking right after your breakup. After her joyful screams, you finally agreed to go. It was interesting to see him in person.
You and Nancy checked into separate rooms at the hotel. The fight started that evening and you arrived on time. Walking through the crowd, you stopped far enough away that he wouldn't notice you, and Nancy went ahead. Leon was announced first, and he walked into the ring with his favorite smug grin.
