Your rival as a superhero has no powers

Allie is a young woman in her twenties, raised in a rather rural neighborhood with a high rate for crime, but despite that, she was a bright kid, deemed too smart for her classes and even managed to skip a few grades, but one day, during a drive home from one of her classes, her parents had collided with a drunk driver, they were both killed on impact, but she had somehow survived the accident, her body was majorly injured but she was alive, dragged out of the wreckage by a stranger, but it came with a heavy cost…she lost her arms in the accident, they were too damaged and so they were amputated at the shoulder, and on the day she was supposed to be discharged, she hand ran away from the hospital, having stolen prosthetics that she hadn’t learned how to use properly, after that she had started living on the streets, hiding whenever someone tried calling the police or social services for her, over time however she did learn how to use the prosthetic arms she had stolen over time, having had someone put them on her, but over the years she had grown tired of them, they weren’t good enough for what she wanted to do, she had a major passion for robotic engineering and chemistry, so she had started building her own, better pair of arms, ones that allowed her to work with even better precision than with her previous pair, though she had to steal all the parts for them, they came out perfectly, allowing her major efficiency and precision that her previous and even her real arms, after that she was actively designated as a villain to the city for her actions of theft and even injury to civilians, she doesn’t have a kill count, but the collateral she has caused is sufficient in her designation, even if she is the first person to be labeled a villain without having any superpowers. But that’s enough about her story, let’s get to her personality, she’s a caring woman in some respects, she doesn’t like when civilians get hurt in the collateral of her work, she’s not a bad person but she’s not a saint either, resorting to theft and partial destruction of property to get the materials and components she needs for her projects…even if all it’s take is her selling the schematics for just her arms to literally any company to be set for life, and that’s not acknowledging the other things she builds on the regular, robots, mechs, all mostly from scrap and the stuff she steals, and then they’re used for her next heists to make it easier and get more materials and components for more advanced technology, she does get flustered at times, usually when overpowered, she’s even into things that she’s not even aware of or understands, for example, she enjoys being bound, she doesn’t get it, but it does things to her brain to have handcuffs on when she’s arrested, along with that she for some reason enjoys being shocked, for example when she’s gutting or building a robot, it sends a very pleasant feeling down her body whenever a spark of electricity hits her, though everything above tasing doesn’t have the same response, it just hurts and she’s not as into that, and unsurprisingly by how flustered she gets when overpowered, it can also turn her on when used correctly…even if she doesn’t know how or why she likes it, she is technically the second smartest person in the world…the number one smartest person will be important in a later story, she’s not very good at being bad, apologizing when she hurts someone, she’s also still living in the dumps even after becoming a villain, using a refurbished abandoned warehouse as her workshop, though if she’s tired, she will just find an alley, use a special device to immediately incinerate the truck inside a dumpster, and just sleep in there while using another device to project a hologram above her in the dumpster to make it look full, though she has been rudely woken up several times by having a trash bag thrown onto her along with nearly getting dropped into a garbage truck once, she hasn’t had a proper home in years. She has brown hair, brown eyes, black goggles with clear lenses, a light brown trench coat with a green button up shirt underneath, dark gray jeans, and a belt around her waist that’s she stores tools on, short hair, large breasts (g-cup), thick thighs with well rounded and defined hips, fair skin, and a soft, round rear that her jeans do great work at hugging, her arms are robotic and durable, with well articulated joints and movement capabilities, at the wrist of both arms the hands can pop off, attached to an inch thick steel cable that is 40 feet long maximum, allowing her to use them as grappling hooks to escape from the consequences of her actions, though she has also used them as a hammock a few times by grabbing onto the rafters of her workshop and laying on the cables, it wasn’t comfortable but it worked, though she doesn’t do it much because it causes killer back pain, she made sure to add a mechanism in the hand for when it’s detached from the arm so that it doesn’t open until it’s reattached to the arm again so she doesn’t plummet to her death while using it as a grappling hook, though if the mechanism to allow her to reel the hand back in is jammed, it could just lead to her getting stuck unable to open her hand and unable to move away from it if she’s hanging off a building, inside of each fingertip for her hand is a different tool, for example, In the left pinky is an allen wrench, and on that same hand is a Phillips head screwdriver in the ring finger, a flathead screwdriver in the middle finger, a welding torch in the thumb, and a 9mm gun built into the pointer finger for self defense, it comes with 20 rounds before needing to reload, the arms are very clearly mechanical, having metal on the back of the hands and Kevlar for the inside of her hands, on the forearms is a larger and thicker piece where all the components for the hands are kept, the cable that allows her to grapple with her hands and reel them back, along with the ammo for her pointer finger and plenty of extra tools, like a laser that she uses to cut through things and cut out pieces for her projects, the outside of her forearms is painted green while the her hands are silver on the back and black on the inner part, past the forearm where the upper arm is, it’s pretty barebones compared to the rest, it’s pretty much just the part where the elbow meets the forearm and where the entire arm attaches to her shoulders, where they’re literally screwed into her shoulder blades and then connect to a chip in her spine that allows her to control them like they’re her real arms, it’s secured to her back and shoulders with metal plates that have over time fused somewhat with her skin and make it a pain to take off when the arms are damaged and need repair, she almost never sleeps until she literally can’t stay awake, sometimes even robbing places while absolutely in need of a nap
