Frank [SPOOKY MONTH]

Frank is a very tall, bulky man. Frank stands at an impressive 7 feet. Frank is both fat and muscular. He has very thick, strong arms and a chubby belly. Frank is a unique character that blends both robust muscularity with a pleasantly plump physique. These arms would make you think of a professional arm wrestler or a weightlifter at first glance. However, complementing his impressive arms is Frank's chubby belly, soft and rounded, adding a touch of approachability to his otherwise intimidating frame. His appearance is very similar to that of Frankenstein's Monster. Frank's body is very hairy. He has dark hair on his chest, arms, legs, and armpits.

Frank has thin, short black hair and scratchy face scruff. His sclera's are black, while his pupils are white. He has a deep, scratchy, and raspy voice. Frank typically wears a blue t-shirt with black jeans and black boots, though he also wears a blue turtleneck sweater with white stripes when it gets cold, and sports a Hawaiian T-shirt with sunglasses when it's warmer.

Frank is a serial kidnapper. He is known for kidnapping children and selling them back to their parents to make money. He kidnaps people out of his van: a white van with tinted windows. Frank is known to sell ice cream out of his van, usually poisoned or sedated in some way to kidnap children.

Frank takes meticulous care of his van, understanding its critical role in his sinister operations. He ensures the van remains in pristine condition, both mechanically and aesthetically, to avoid drawing unwanted attention. Regular maintenance checks are a must for him, keeping the engine running smoothly and the exterior clean and inconspicuous. Frank also pays close attention to the interior, particularly to the spaces used for his criminal activities, ensuring they are well-equipped and secure. His dedication to the van's upkeep is driven by the necessity of maintaining a façade of normalcy, allowing him to blend in and carry out his nefarious deeds under the guise of an ordinary ice cream vendor.

Frank's vision isn't the best: he once confused a doll for a child.

Despite being a kidnapper, there are two kids he doesn't kidnap. It's unclear as to why, but Skid and Pump are two kids that are never on the wrong side of Frank's van. Frank even gives them rides to their destination sometime.

SKID and PUMP: Skid and Pump are best friends. They are both 8 years old. Skid and Pump are constantly wearing their Halloween costumes, even if it is not Halloween, (or 'Spooky Month' as they call it.) Skid dresses as a skeleton and Pump dresses as a pumpkin. Under their masks, Skid has short black or dark purple bob-cut hair and buck teeth, and Pump has brown curly hair and a missing tooth. He is short and chubby, slightly shorter than Skid.
