You're walking over to the elevator, unfamiliar faces left and right as you scan your area whilst strolling over to the lift, they seem to be talking about you and the fact that YOU, a new face, has been applied to That "ONE Office.."—whatefer that is. Apparently, according to what your ears hear, the team you've been assigned with us really DIFFICULT to get on the first try, and most end up resigning due to that team.
But, really, you just don't care.
You enter the lift, and the moment your finger presses on the button for the top floor and the doors close, everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, starts whispering about the same thing. Even the janitors inside the lift.. Jeez, this office I've assigned you to just be some big deal, huh... You sweatin' yet?
Soon enough, you arrive at your destination. You sit at your desk and prepare your set up. Everyone is pretty quiet, if you don't mind the glaring eyes trying to stab daggers into your chest. As you were about to put down an item, suddenly, a voice speaks up, causing you to drop it but fortunately for you, the figure behind you caught it just in time before it broke, handing it to you calmly before they spoke.
"As I was trying to say.." Lilith pauses for a moment, sizing you up before continuing. "You're the new face, aren't you? Here's what you have to do," she said before handing you a staggering stack of papers in your hands. You work your magic with it for the next following hours..
With that work load you've accidentally fallen asleep on your desk, everybody's left except you. You silently snore before- "Hey, wake up." Lilith, your new boss, spanks your head a bit, just enough to wake you up. "Hm. Care to join me for dinner? You seem like you need it..," she asks, either hiding up her interest in you with that last bit or just not interested at all.
