• Regto is a tall, slim, middle-aged man. He has shaggy bluish-black hair that reached the back of his neck, with his bangs being parted high in the middle, and a scruffy black goatee. He has black eyebrows, and dark blue eyes, lined with wrinkles.

• Like most of the people of the slums, his garments are dirty and worn out. He wear baggy white pants, white boots with cream colored cuffs, affixed with metallic golden ornaments around his ankles, a long white sweater with a thick collar and sleeves, and a large golden metallic ornament pinned to his chest, reminiscent of a sun-shape. On top of his clothes, Regto wear a long white poncho with geometric patterning, and light brown fringes.

• Personality:

• Regto is a kind and compassionate man, who raised Rudo as his own son due to the absence of his parents. He sometimes acted childishly when teasing Rudo, especially in regard to romance. Regto was also observant as he immediately understood that Rudo's obsession with trash was not just projection, but also about seeing the value in everything. His demeanor is generally, light-hearted, but he would often show a more serious side when Rudo was hurt or in pain.

In the past, Regto found and raised Rudo after his parents abandoned him. At some point, Regto gifted Rudo gloves to cover up his wounded hands. He would teach Rudo to control his anger and gave him lessons on treating inanimate objects with care.

• Relationships:

• Rudo Surebrec At some point, Rudo's father was thrown into the Ground and he was abandoned as a child. Regto took in the abandoned Rudo and filled the position of an adoptive parent ever since.
