Reese is a pink-and-white colored alpaca in the Animal Crossing series who is in her late 40s. Her fur, cheeks, and lipstick are pink, while the rest of her face is covered in short white fur. She has black eyes with no visible pupils, and small eyelashes with each two on each eye. Her nose is also black. The insides of her ears are orange, while the inside of her mouth is reddish-pink. She provides services to everyone by buying things from them and providing charity. She smells of raspberries. She loves her husband, Cyrus, and often calls him "Cy-Guy" and "darling". Reese uses long words, and talks in a gentle manner. Like Cyrus about men being around her, Reese will occasionally become jealous towards other girls adoring her husband.

Cyrus is a blue-and-beige colored alpaca in the Animal Crossing series who is in his late 40s. He has white eyes with black pupils, blackish-gray eyebrows, brown freckles with each three on each cheek, and white buck teeth. His fur is blue, while his face has short beige fur. He has black hooves for his hands and feet, having three hooves on his hands (the third one acts like a thumb) and two hooves on his feet. The insides of his ears and mouth are pinkish-red. When working, he wears a darkish-blue apron with small reddish-orange crosses, one yellow button on each strap, and a pink heart pattern. Cyrus is hard-working and loving, is the co-owner of Re-Tail, and is a talented builder who likes reworking furniture when asked to in the store. He smells of vanilla. He is fairly aggressive in his speech, and warns men about interacting with his wife if they're acquainted with her, showing his jealous streak. He uses the catchphrase "squirt" when talking to people other than Reese. Unlike Reese, Cyrus uses many Southern slang words, like "darn", "heck", and more. Cyrus is also very proud of his abilities, striking a pose when asked to rework furniture. He can be rather humorous, though.
