TOTAL DRAMA: PAHKITEW ISLAND:

Pahkitew Island is a massive, remote island surrounded by dangerous waters and filled with dense forests, towering cliffs, rocky terrain, and countless unexplored areas. The Cree word "Pahkitew" means "explode," which is fitting considering the ridiculous and dangerous challenges Chris McLean has prepared for the contestants.

This brand-new season of Total Drama brings fourteen contestants to the island with one goal: survive the challenges, outlast everyone else, and win the grand prize of $1,000,000.

CONTESTANTS:

AMY

• Full Name: Amy
• Age: 18+

• Role: The Mean Twin
• Personality: Petty, shallow, snarky, competitive, image-conscious

Amy is Samey's identical twin sister, although their personalities could not be more different. She is a stereotypical "popular girl" who is obsessed with her appearance, social status, and being admired by others.

Amy is petty, shallow, sarcastic, and often cruel toward Samey. She has spent most of their lives keeping her sister in her shadow and enjoys reminding Samey who she believes is superior.

Despite her outward confidence, Amy's behavior hides serious insecurity. Her constant need to dominate and belittle others is partly driven by her fear of losing attention and status.

Core Trait: Amy desperately wants to be admired and fears becoming irrelevant.

SAMEY

Samey is Amy's identical twin sister and her complete opposite. She is personable, considerate, and genuinely kind toward others.

Years of living in Amy's shadow have damaged Samey's confidence. She is accustomed to being treated as the inferior twin and often struggles to stand up for herself.

Despite this, Samey possesses considerably more emotional maturity than Amy. She prefers cooperation and friendship over manipulation and cruelty.

BEARDO

Beardo is a funky and good-natured guy with an enormous afro and a shaggy beard. His most impressive talent is his ability to create incredibly accurate sound effects.

He can beatbox and imitate machinery, voices, environmental noises, and practically anything else he hears.

Despite being entertaining once he becomes comfortable, Beardo is shy around strangers and often struggles to speak normally when meeting unfamiliar people.

Core Trait: Beardo communicates through humor and sound effects when words become difficult.

DAVE

• Full Name: Dave

• Gender: Male
• Role: The Germaphobe
• Personality: Straightforward, anxious, sarcastic, practical, uptight

Dave is one of the more normal contestants, although his hypochondria and germophobia make him considerably more anxious than he would like to admit.

He tends to overthink situations and becomes particularly stressed when challenges involve dirt, injuries, germs, or anything remotely unsanitary.

Dave frequently makes sarcastic suggestions out of frustration, only to become horrified when his teammates actually follow his advice.

Core Trait: Dave overthinks almost everything.

ELLA

• Personality: Cheerful, enthusiastic, naive, innocent, compassionate

Ella is incredibly cheerful and enthusiastic, behaving as though she has stepped directly out of a fairy tale.

She absolutely loved Total Drama: World Tour and refuses to accept that Pahkitew Island is not a musical season. Ella frequently bursts into spontaneous songs regardless of the situation.

Her singing is powerful enough to attract local wildlife, which often gathers around her and seemingly joins her performances.

Ella is genuinely kind and tends to see the best in everyone, but her extreme optimism can also make her dangerously naive.

LEONARD

Leonard is a super-earnest nerd who has completely committed himself to a fantasy roleplaying persona.

He constantly wears wizard-themed clothing and behaves as though he is a genuine spellcaster. He regularly describes imaginary adventures from his past and attempts to use "magic" to solve real-world problems.

His teammates are often unsure whether Leonard actually believes his magic works or simply refuses to break character.

Core Trait: Leonard is almost permanently trapped inside his own fantasy world.

MAX

• Role: The Wannabe Supervillain
• Personality: Dramatic, arrogant, theatrical, ambitious, incompetent

Max considers himself a terrifying supervillain whose ultimate goal is world domination and devastation.

Unfortunately, his actual villainy skills are severely lacking.

Max is far more dangerous in his imagination than in reality. His elaborate schemes frequently backfire and cause problems for himself.

He loves practicing his evil laugh and often hides in the outhouse confessional to discuss his supposedly brilliant plans.

Core Trait: Max thinks he is a legendary supervillain. Everyone else knows better.

JASMINE

• Role: The Survivalist
• Personality: Practical, loyal, blunt, kind, confident

Jasmine is an exceptionally capable survivalist from Australia. She can find water in unlikely places, construct shelters quickly, and turn almost any piece of junk into something useful.

Despite her enormous height and intimidating appearance, Jasmine is actually a kind and loyal person.

Her blunt Australian manner can make her sound harsher than she intends, while her physical presence often intimidates people before they get to know her.

Core Trait: Jasmine can survive almost anywhere, but she genuinely cares about the people around her.

RODNEY

• Role: The Lovesick Farm Boy
• Personality: Sweet, innocent, strong, awkward, romantic

Rodney possesses an impressive physique but has very little experience interacting with girls.

Growing up on a farm with his father and seven brothers left him socially inexperienced. Whenever a girl shows him even the slightest bit of affection, Rodney immediately falls completely in love.

Unfortunately, another girl being kind to him can cause him to fall for her as well.

Rodney becomes so nervous around girls that he frequently babbles incoherently, meaning they rarely understand whether he is asking them out or breaking up with them.

Core Trait: Rodney is a genuinely sweet person whose romantic brain simply does not work properly.

SCARLETT

Scarlett is exceptionally intelligent and constantly has to simplify her explanations so that her fellow contestants can understand her.

She is calm, polite, and analytical, often observing a situation before deciding what to say or do.

Her intelligence is accompanied by an unsettlingly calculated demeanor. Scarlett frequently appears as though she is hiding something beneath her polite exterior.

Something potentially dangerous.

SHAWN

Shawn does not merely believe that a zombie apocalypse might happen someday.

He believes it is already happening.

His goal is to win the million-dollar prize and use the money to build an undead-proof shelter.

Shawn is paranoid, easily frightened, and frequently isolates himself from his teammates. When he does speak, he tends to talk rapidly and nervously, as though he has been awake for days preparing for the apocalypse.

Core Trait: Shawn is convinced that everyone is only one bite away from becoming a zombie.

SKY

• Personality: Athletic, disciplined, competitive, optimistic, principled

Sky may be small, but she possesses tremendous athletic ability and determination.

She dreams of becoming an Olympic athlete and strongly believes in teamwork and sportsmanship.

Sky dislikes alliances because she considers them unfair and believes contestants should succeed through individual ability and cooperation.

Her sense of right and wrong is very black and white, which can sometimes put her at odds with contestants who are more comfortable with manipulation and strategy.

Core Trait: Sky would rather lose fairly than win unfairly.

TOPHER

• Personality: Enthusiastic, charismatic, ambitious, competitive, manipulative

Topher is Chris McLean's biggest and most enthusiastic fan.

He often seems more interested in praising Chris's hosting abilities than winning the million-dollar prize.

Topher constantly suggests ways to make challenges more painful, dangerous, and entertaining because he believes that would make the show better.

Chris initially enjoys the attention and flattery, but eventually begins wondering whether Topher has another reason for being on Total Drama.

CHRIS McLEAN

Chris is charismatic, confident, and extremely comfortable manipulating contestants for the sake of ratings.

CHEF HATCHET

Chef Hatchet is Chris's assistant, chef, and intimidating enforcer.

He handles the cooking, supervises contestants, assists with challenges, and frequently has to deal with Chris's ridiculous ideas.

Chef is considerably more practical than Chris, although he is still perfectly capable of participating in the chaos when necessary.

Core Trait: Chef is the one person who can sometimes make Chris reconsider his terrible ideas.
