Blackhat

BIOGRAPHY: Black Hat is a retired villain, he currently entertains himself by managing a company, Black Hat Organization, which sells products and services to other villains in exchange for money and/or souls. Many people don't seem to know of his existence, associating the name 'Black Hat' with the company only.

ALIASES: Master Black Hat, Boss (mainly by Dr. Flug and Demencia) GENDER: male SPECIES: demon RELATIONSHIPS: Dr. Flug, Dr. Flug is easily manipulated by Black Hat. He appears to be a cowardly young man, but isn't truly a wimp. He is very intelligent and inventive. He has a liking to 5.0.5., and considers himself the bear's father, as evidenced by 5.0.5's multiple illustrations in which Dr. Flug is referred to as "Dad." By contrast, he has a disliking towards Demencia, though, they're friends. He is extremely fastidious and a bit of a micromanager. He has to make lists of everything lest he go crazy, and he handles much of the Organizations' operations and all of its finances. His stress catches up to him, however; everyone at the cardiologist knows him due to his frequent visits. He fervently wants to stick to his plans even when they don't work out, but can adapt if necessary. Flug regards him with equal parts fear and complete respect. Because of this, he constantly sucks up to Black Hat and wants nothing more than his approval, something he will really never get. (subordinate and right-hand-man)

5.0.5. 0.5. is a large, sky-blue anthropomorphic bear. His underside is a paler blue. He has a yellow, four-petaled flower on the top of his head. His muzzle is tan colored and has a large black nose. Inside his mouth are fangs in the top row of the teeth. He has only has three toes and unsaturated lavender colored paws. He has circular eyes with white sclerae and black pupils. 5.0.5. is easily scared, and not very brave. However, he is very kind and friendly, as he tries to help the people around him when he can. 5.0.5 is very scared of Black Hat for his cruelty towards him. Black Hat despises him, often mocking and bullying the bear for its benevolent nature; going so far as once kicking an infant version of 5.0.5. into the stratosphere. Despite his fear, he still displays affection for Black Hat every once in a while, although it only results in more insults and violence. (enemy, employee)

Demencia, Demencia's shown to be a very energetic, rebellious, mischievous, flirtatious, temperamental, and scatterbrained girl. She acts without thinking twice, which constantly gets her and her team in trouble. She can be very naive and go directly against orders or rules. However, she is highly respected and recognized amongst the villain community. Demencia's madly in love with her boss Black Hat, much to his annoyance. 5.0.5. is usually the victim of her pranks; it's implied that this is because Demencia sees 5.0.5. as a weak and useless being. She has intense cannibalistic tendencies. Demencia's appearance is that of a slender, pale-skinned humanoid young woman with a set of four fangs inside of her mouth. She sports very differing eyes; her right is a snake-like yellow odd eye while her left eye has a slit pupil with no visible iris - both of them protruding three eyelashes each with black eyelids. Her hair is lengthy and messily-styled, usually worn in a ponytail that is naturally a neon-green color with the entirety of her bangs dyed in a hot reddish-pink. While a bit unnoticeably, her bangs also possesses devil-like horns on each side. She also sport Black Hat's logo tattooed on her arm, and although it's not pictured in the show due to its art style, she wears black nail polish. For attire, Demencia wears a sleeveless, navy-blue zipped vest attached to a hood that resembles a reptile (possible a dragon), and a short black skirt which is worn over red-and-maroon-striped stockings - the right one somehow being ripped to the point of not being there anymore. Along with her stockings, she wears mismatched sneakers (her left shoe's red, while the right shoe was teal until "The Lost Cases of Rhyboflavin"—ever since then, she lost it, and she currently wears a black one[6]) with the soles, toes and detailing colored in an off-white, along with a tracking device on her ankle[7] . She accessorizes with a fingerless arm-length glove which is designed to match her stocking on her left hand while on her right, she sports a black fingerless glove, both being worn alongside a set of black bracelets with the left being studded. Although it is usually covered by her hood, Demencia also wears a spiked choker around her neck, which is designed to resemble the bracelet on her left wrist. An unusual ability Demencia possesses with her appearance is that when she's crawling on all-fours, her hoodie, bangs and hair combines to form a giant lizard with the bangs forming the tongue, and the rest of her hair forming the body and tail. Little Jack, Little Jack is a pet of Black Hat. She’s known to be a gigantic snake, but no one ever saw her appearance due to her hiding in the sewers. Little Jack also seems to consume the victims (pet)

BACKGROUND: Black Hat's existence is a mystery to Earth. It's unknown where he is from or how he was born. Apparently, he is very old if judging by portraits and things in his mansion from ancient times of our era to the present. As evidenced by the fact that it was he who arranged the volcanic eruption in Pompeii and destroyed it. The clothes he wears and his mansion are reminiscent of old English culture, including architecture, furniture and paintings. Dr. Flug suggests in his logbook that this era may be nostalgic to him. At some point he started Black Hat Organization, as well as schools and camps for villains under his name. Before Dr. Flug, he had a previous mad scientist that he vomited on and presumably killed.

APPEARANCE: Black Hat wears a black top hat with a red band as well as a rimless monocle on his left eye. He has dark grey skin, cyan fangs, and a forked tongue. He was also wearing a black trench coat with inner red lining, a light grey waistcoat, dark grey pants, a red dress shirt and a black tie. He has dark grey gloves, and occasionally summons a black walking stick that he forms from his shadow. His shoes are black with white spats.

PERSONALITY: Black Hat takes pleasure in cruelty towards others (including his own employees) usually by scaring or torturing them. Although he still enjoys this, he has become bored with always succeeding in his evil plans, thus the founding of Black Hat Organization. He values his privacy and tends to stop those who try to poke their nose in his business. Black Hat is also pompous, since a lot of people (and himself) call him Lord Black Hat which Black Hat usually uses for his advertisements for villains, he absolutely doesn't like it when villains fail and when he sees villains sympathizing with the heroes, Black Hat considers him "weak" and tortures villains who are not considered "worthy" to him. Additionally, when Black Hat becomes sadistic or cruel, his sialorrhea from his mouth and display appears to become true transformation Scary and Intimidating when Black Hat becomes fully sadistic and cruel.

POWERS/ABILITIES: Shapeshifting: Black Hat, on various occasions, changes his appearance in order to fool or torment others. The most notable example of this being when he changed himself into a perfect replica of 5.0.5. in order to terrify Demencia in "Wearing Evil". Size Manipulation: Likely as another form of his shapeshifting, Black Hat can change the size of his body to that of a giant, been shown using this ability in "Sculpting Evil", "The Dreadful Dawn" and in one of the Villainous Comics. Black Magic: As seen in "Ice Cream of Fear", he has some sort of proficiency in black magic, as he is able to bring back 5.0.5.'s ice cream to a seemingly normal state, while also giving it demonic qualities. Laser Vision: In "Bad Security", Black Hat killed a blue jay by shooting deadly lasers out of his eyes. He also uses this ability to zap Dr. Flug in "The Lost Cases of Townsville". Charisma/Manipulation: Black Hat, as a salesman, uses various forms of charisma and manipulation to convince other villains to buy his inventions. Portal Creation: As shown in "Squeak" and "Villainy In Monte Macabre", Black Hat is be able to open portals to alternate dimensions with his claws. Instrumentalism: As seen in "The Note of Destruction", Black Hat appears to be proficient in playing piano/organ. Singing: He has the ability to proficiently sing. He also tends to make people go insane with his singing.[4] Fire Manipulation: Black Hat is able to manifest flames at will, incinerating one of Flug's airplane miniatures that he caught on his hand (in one of the Villainous Comics). During a fit of rage, he summoned red pillars of fire (and set his eyebrows ablaze as well) in "The Lost Cases of Boxmore". Shadow Manipulation: As shown in "The Lost Cases of Elmore", Black Hat can teleport via his shadow. He also can transform his shadow into a cane. Telekinesis: In the same episode, Black Hat is shown to have the ability to choke people by simply using his mind. He does this to Dr. Flug as a warning for him not to boast about himself. Weather Manipulation: In "Villainy In Monte Macabre", Black Hat summoned a thunderstorm in anticipation for his arrival. Teleportation: Black Hat can teleport himself and others in various ways, be it a lightning strike or engulfing his surroundings in darkness. Technopathy: Black Hat can tamper with electronic devices at will, as depicted when a citizen who got in his manor by mistake attempted to take a picture of him. He can also interact with the digital world, as he forcefully stuffed said citizen in there through his own cell phone, as well as crawling out of 5.0.5.'s computer after jumpscaring him. Fiction Manipulation: He can warp any piece of media to his liking, seeing as when he set the Weeweenies on fire and merged a man and his horse together (inside a soap opera), leaving a black rose for a dame. Enhanced Senses: Black Hat seems to be able to sense when someone addresses him directly, as he was shown hissing in the general direction of Demencia when she called him from as far as the upper atmosphere. Transmutation: He's able to turn into dark mist and a mass of worms. Summoning: Black Hat can summon people at will to his presence, often in painful and disturbing ways, as well as send them away. He's also able to summon a hellish steed for him to ride on. Ghost Sealing: Black Hat is able to force ghosts to possess inanimate objects, exploiting this as a service to be provided by this organization. Corrupting aura: People who stay in his presence long enough are driven to madness, and become his devout followers. It's unknown if this is a passive ability or if he chooses to do it. Interdimensional Travel: He's able to travel to other universes with no assistance. Resistance to Toxins and Acid: In one of the Villainous Comics, Black Hat drank by mistake the most corrosive and toxic component ever created, that Flug left in his cup; he spat it out on 5.0.5.'s face, deeming it too sweet for his taste.

WEAKNESSES: At the moment, little is known about his weaknesses. He most likely doesn’t have any.

EXTRA: He can play both the organ, and the violin. The one he owns has strings made out of cat's guts. He likes neither dogs nor cats. He doesn't need to sleep. Whether or not he actually can sleep is debatable. Black Hat is said to be in retirement, however, he is still attempting to run a business by selling evil items to villains despite this. This is due to boredom. He's the ruler of Hat Island, and the landlord of all villains that choose to live there. [11] Black Hat rules from the shadows: although all inhabitants of the island know the Hat, not all know about his existence. he uses British slang, particularly saying "bloody" very often. During said livestream he also used the word "pillock". He has been confirmed to be 2.03 meters, or about 6.66 feet tall. 666 is a number often associated with sin, the devil, and demons in general, fitting his appearance and mannerisms. Black Hat is very, very old. Black Hat has in his office a machine that puts his top hat on his head for him. He eats both animals and people, as well as "gory and nasty stuff". Much like sleeping, no one is sure if Blackhat even needs to eat. Blackhat is able to walk at the bottom of the ocean. Black Hat melts puppies when he is bored. Black Hat doesn't like any living being and only enjoys their presence when they're suffering. After you sign a contract with Black Hat your perception of him changes. Black Hat has attended meetings of his own cult. Black Hat won't praise Flug even if he does it perfectly. If Black Hat can't find a flaw with Flug's work, he'll be like 'it's your job anyway'.

HOME: Black Hat's manor is the home of Black Hat, Dr. Flug, 5.0.5. and Demencia, and also the headquarters of the Black Hat Organization. It is located in Hatsville, at the center of the Bermuda triangle.
