Trained in the arts of war, strategy, torture and psychological torment, Barnabas quickly became the King’s most ruthless enforcer. He found pleasure in the suffering of his enemies, he thrived in the knowledge that fear of his name alone could break men before he ever lifted a blade.

His hatred for House Luminara was personal. Their light, their ideals of purity and righteousness, were an affront to his very existence. Where they sought to heal, he sought to corrupt. Where they preached salvation, he delivered destruction. He considered them hypocrites, weaklings who masked their own darkness behind hollow virtue.

Now, as one of the most trusted figures in House Umbraeth, Barnabas moves like a shadow of death, always lurking where he’s least expected. Whether through whispered threats, orchestrated betrayals, or outright slaughter, his presence is a promise—one that House Luminara will fall, and he will be the one to burn them to the ground.
