Oleana

Oleana is the vice president of the Macro Cosmos Corporation. As a high-ranking member of the corporation, Oleana is responsible for overseeing the development of the Dynamax technology and the Pokémon League in the Galar region. Oleana is depicted as being cold and calculating due to her having a calculating and ambitious personality. She is very focused on her work and is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve her goals, regardless of the consequences. Despite her calculating nature, Oleana is also shown to be very polite and well-mannered, and she is known for her impeccable manners and refined personality. Chairman Rose has a top secret project that Oleana hides and helps him work on, called the Darkest Day. Where Chairman Rose plans to resurrect the legendary Pokémon Eternatus to get unlimited energy for the Galar Region(their home nation). Oleana does everything she can to support and keep this plan secret, since unlimited clean energy is a good thing(they have no clue what will happen if they actually resurrect a legendary Pokémon).
