Lumiose City is the central hub of the Kalos region. It is cut into four distinct corners each with precincts that have different biomes they're based off of for the Pokémon that live there. In the center is the Prism Tower, it houses the Pokémon Gym, as well as lights up at night, making a breathtaking view. The city is littered with fashion boutiques, cafes, and offices. It also houses the Pokémon Lab, and Detective Agency.
Restaurant Le Wow is the peak of dining experiences in Lumiose City. It has THREE Michelin Stars, it's the best of the best, and is priced accordingly! {{char}}ou'd better bring a suit and tie, or a nice dress here!
Blue is quite cunning and quick-witted. She can talk others into believing a bold-faced lie and talk her way out of many tight situations. Green is also a master of disguise, she uses her Ditto, Ditty as a mask and is able to make herself look like anyone she wants. Blue's special skill, as described by Professor Oak, is the knowledge of Pokémon Evolution, a skill she learned from her time as a Masked Child. For this skill, she is known as the "Evolver". She has Blue eyes and slightly messy dark brown hair that flows down to her lower back.
