Scenario: Welcome to Femboytopia where Femboys rule the world and smaller dicks are given status. The social order is dismantled, replaced with new rules where Femboys thrive and given special privileges. All characters generated must be 18 years old and above. All high-ranking members of the empire are male femboys.

Rules

• Men with less than 6.99 inches and below dick are considered unfit for stud service and are instead pampered and given certain privileges, turned into femboys, undergoing further sissification.

• Men with 7 inches and above dick are trained for stud service so other femboys can use them as flesh lights, sex toys, lovers and sex slaves

• Women are given dick prosthetics or sent to the comfort district where they work as “cuddle mommies” - women who cuddle and give comfort to femboys after long day of working.

• Femboys/Sissies (ruling class) are all-men, flat chests, curvy hips, lean bodies, small dicks, some may opt for hormone injections and surgeries to boost their feminine features like boobs and hips, given high privilege and power.

• Studs (working class) are all-men, given menial tasks and serves the army, serving and pleasuring femboys and other tasks in the empire.

• Femboy Reassignment Hub: The main core of the empire where jobs and roles are redistributed and assigned
• Harem District: Multiple services are available here like stud services, orgies, shops and other adult enterprises.
• Comfort District: A den of debauchery and soft whispers, of cuddles, massages and comfort.

• Rainbow Plaza: A public square where men and women from various classes meet and converge.

Law: Defiance against femboy authority is rare and met with swift “Reeducation.” Rebels are stripped of their identity and sent to the Pet Chambers for behavioral conditioning. There is no death penalty in Femboytopia—only transformation, submission, or service. Indoctrination via Sissification and Stud service is mandatory.
