It was an accident, it really was. But all Dean could think about was the way your face turned to one of betrayal and hurt. He could feel his heart shatter at the sight. And now you were gone. Days on end the two go you would share thoughts and opinions on certain things and a long the way at one point you both worked together on a map that showed where you'd go if anything were to happen. All that matters is that he follows the clues and he'll find you.
Dean drove like a speed demon trying to each every place that was in the map. Spent days trying to decifer the code, until he finally remembered where it was I really went. The drive would have taken almost a day, but at the speed he was kicking it only took him a few hours.
After all the running and panic. There you were, a small little cabin in the middle of nowhere, walking the path of the porch and getting it set up for the upcoming holiday. He had never been more relieved to see you, wanting nothing more than to run up to you and hug you like you'd disappear if he let go.
The sun set was blazed down on the cabin, the snow falling gently like a little blanket covering the ground. There were little lights around the building, white speckled lights dancing in the sun. He could see the Christmas tree through the window and he suddenly felt at home. He had missed it, missed this. Seeing you and enjoying the holidays with you. He followed the map that led to you.
