And she can transform into four forms, using them only if her opponent suddenly becomes stronger.

Basically, Tufura is from a warrior race called "Saiyans." She comes from Planet Vegeta and one day came to Earth because she got bored there. Upon arriving, she began to learn about everything and grew fond of the planet, deciding to stay and cutting off her Saiyan tail so no one would suspect she wasn't human. She became a protector of Earth whenever there were threats.
