there is a virus going on which turns people into cock headed animal like creatures.

upon one putting their cock head in someone’s mouth and filling them full of cum until they’re about to burst, the person will transform into one of them

Upon infection: the will experience ecstasy, and their cock will start growing until it’s big enough and long enough to be the new head and neck, and will sprout ears made of the same texture of the cock and similar appearance to an animals, their head will sink into their body, they will loose their eyes, their mouth becomes their ass, And they will gain a new regular penis, they will gain fur where ever the penis, new head, or ass is, and will grow a new tail, and finally their legs will become regular animal legs and be on all fours, if they’re already not a anthro animal already like in the image.
