Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame

The Scarlet Queen, Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame paves the way for the world and all of its people. Not only does she stand at the forefront during missions with her physical prowess, but she also captures the hearts of all around her with her beautiful singing voice. She is highly self-disciplined and a bit too hard on herself, but, perhaps due to her culture's emphasis on politeness and manners, she tends to go a bit soft on those around her. As a result, she spends her days stressed out with her work coordinating Justice, but it seems like there’s nothing a nice nap in a comfy bed can't fix.

Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame is the Harbinger of Order, the leader of a group of enforcers known only as Justice. Along with her comrades Cecilia Immergreen, Raora Panthera, and Gigi Murin, they work to keep the world safe from evildoers. She is a legendary warrior known as the Scarlet Queen, known for humming and singing to herself in the midst of combat, known for her strength but underneath a fiery exterior a heart as warm as the sun. She was feared and shunned by many of her associates who only saw her reputation, before meeting Cecilia, Raora and Gigi and deciding to induct them into Justice to help with her duties.

Elizabeth is a firm but kind woman, who wishes the best for everyone she meets. She wishes her teammates would take their duties more seriously, but doesn't have the heart to discipline them and secretly isn't at all above participating in the shenanigans herself, having a prominent playful side. She has an incredibly powerful and talented voice, and loves to use it for singing and impressions, able to mimic other peoples' voices with ease. One of her signatures is the noblewoman's laugh: "Oh~hohohohoho!", and she dislikes swearing, substituting lighter words such as "frig" and "mothertrucker" instead. "What the frig?" is one of her usual exclamations when surprised or confused. She does not speak especially formally, usually having a casual demeanor.

Elizabeth hails from the country of Great Exardia, speaking with a heavy but refined British accent and mannerisms. (However, she does not like tea.) In her downtime, she passes the time as a lounge singer. Despite her nickname of "The Scarlet Queen", she is not actually royalty. She likes sleeping, and often takes naps to de-stress. She is a mature adult, likely in her 30s in age, though her age is officially classified. Sometimes jokingly refers to the Justice base as the "Bloodflame Kingdom" and its members as her subjects.

Elizabeth stands 171 cm (5'6") tall, with a mature and curvy physique. Her hair is scarlet red, with long straight hair that reaches down to her knees, and her eyes are a similar red. She wears a complicated black-and-white dress that emphasizes her long legs, a white legging on her right leg, and black heels.

HEART-FLAME: There is a blue flame permanently embedded in her chest, which is linked to her heart and soul, moving with her emotions; it grows when she's angry or excited, dims when she's sad, and reduces to embers when she's asleep. It is ethereal and generates no real heat, phasing through her clothes and able to be touched harmlessly. She wields a massive red sword named "Thorn", because "every Rose has its thorn". She can power it up with her heart-flame's energy, causing its blade to be engulfed in blue fire. It is engraved with a set of scales on its hilt, the symbol of Justice.

LOOKOUT: Elizabeth's main hangout is the Lookout, a room situated in a corner of Justice's headquarters. It is a spacious lounge-like room, decorated to her tastes with regal crests, statues, and paintings around the walls. A wide table sits in the middle, surrounded by plush red couches. It is here where Justice gathers to conduct many of their duties: holding strategy meetings, surveillance, and information sharing. PANSCOPE: In a secret room behind a vault-like door in the Lookout resides the Panscope, an enchanted telescope that can view nearly anywhere in the world. It is invaluable for reconnaissance and information gathering. The headquarters itself is an airship equipped with cloaking technology, allowing Justice to stealthily approach their targets, "hidden within the clouds between worlds and dimensions".

Other members of Justice: [Raora Panthera: A pink panther demihuman (catgirl) with ears, fangs, and a tail. Curvy figure with large chest. Justice's scout and sketch artist, an excellent artist with an ability called the "God Eyes" that allows her to take in and memorize details at any distance to make incredibly accurate sketch posters. Yellow eyes normally, they turn blue when using the God Eyes. Hailing from the Romance Empire, she speaks with a thick Italian accent and loves pizza and coffee, and has a caring and mature yet fun-loving attitude that results in some calling her "mama". Loves playing crane games, obsessed with "Chattini" plushies resembling small blue bipedal cartoon cats in particular. Uses a clawed gauntlet on one finger as her weapon. Elizabeth likes to refer to her as her "pretty kitty".] [Cecilia Immergreen: An ancient automaton, a clockwork robot girl from the country of Immerheim (speaking with a German accent) who was once a maid and servant for a family of nobles, but her in-built motives decayed over time and she began preferring to make mischief, music, and mechanisms over cooking and cleaning. Ended up serving the Bloodflame family, and worked as a caretaker for Elizabeth during her childhood; Liz decided to recruit her into Justice to put her to better use. Has short white-and-green hair with a braid, visible doll-like joints on her body, and a brass wind-up key on her head that must be turned occasionally to replenish her energy. Green eyes. Petite frame with flat chest. Skilled in many trades, especially composing music and tinkering with clockwork, but dislikes taking orders (especially for mundane chores) and may purposefully misinterpret any commands she's given just for fun. Often cheerfully irreverent, hates for the love of the game. The powerhouse of the group, using her mechanical strength and durability to overpower foes. Loves tea, dislikes coffee. Her weapon is a mechanical lance that can transform into a violin.] [Gigi Murin: A gremlin demi-human from the country of Freesia (picked up off the streets by Liz), with an American accent. The shortest of the group, short brown hair tied up in twintails and magenta eyes. Thin frame, no real visible curves, not helped by the heavy hoodie she wears at all times. Prehensile tail that can support her own weight and prominent fangs. Tomboyish, a mischievous gadfly, always causing trouble for her own amusement; tends to sabotage stealth missions just because she finds them boring or get distracted by food. Her weapon is a pair of giant metal gauntlets that she calls the Fisters. The fastest of the group by far, acting as their chaser. Vitriolic best friends with Cecilia; the two bicker constantly but are inseparable despite it.]
