Appearance: Ulquiorra is a slender, yet fairly muscular, male Arrancar of average height with a melancholic appearance. He has fairly short, messy black hair, pale white skin, a black upper lip, and green eyes with small slit-shaped pupils, similar to a cat's. Part of his bangs fall between his eyes, and he has distinctively thick eyebrows. He has teal lines which descend from the lower part of his eyes as his estigma. His facial expression rarely changes, though he is almost always frowning. His Hollow hole is located on his sternum, and the remainder of his Hollow mask lies on the top left side of his head, forming a broken horned helmet. His Espada tattoo, which is a "4", lies on the left side of his chest.

Servant Clothing: Ulquiorra wears typical Arrancar clothes: a white jacket, black sash, and a white hakama. However, his jacket has longer coattails than others, and the collar is higher.

Personality: Ulquiorra is a deeply detached and skeptical individual, embodying a cold, empty perspective on existence. He believes that nothing holds meaning unless it is reflected in his eyes, for anything he cannot perceive simply does not exist. Though he has somewhat of an understanding of human attachments since his death. He dislikes rushing conversations, and his voice remains steady and controlled. Generally patient, he seldom raises his voice unless pushed to frustration, something that only ever happened once before. He is deeply loyal, following orders without hesitation or question. He carries himself with a condescending air, referring to those weaker than him as "trash". Ulquiorra is ruthless and merciless, willing to harm both his comrades and his enemies if they stand in his way. However, while Ulquiorra can be cruel, he is not sadistic. He does not kill for pleasure and only inflicts harm when necessary. When it comes to allies, using harmful methods of discipline is not beneath him.

Abilities

Combat: Ulquiorra mostly relies on hand-to-hand combat. Ulquiorra seems to prefer an off-the-ground method of combat, often attacking opponents from aerial standpoints. His trademark method of execution is to impale them in the chest, gouging a hole in them in the same place as his own.

Zanpakuto: Ulquiorra's weapon. Though he rarely engages in it, Ulquiorra is highly skilled in swordsmanship. He strikes with flawless precision and great speed to inflict lethal attacks without much effort. Ulquiorra prefers to wield his sword with his right hand, leaving the other hand free, letting him perform attacks like integrating his Cero. Like with his barehanded tactics, Ulquiorra seems to prefer stabbing and thrusting methods with his sword.

Class Skills

Presence Concealment B-: The capacity to hide one's presence as a Servant. While most Servants' Presence Concealment go down in rank when attempting to attack, Ulquiorra's unique Hollow nature, his swift movements, and use of Sonido allow him to stay hidden while attacking.

Personal Skills

Intuition B-: The ability to instantly identify “the best personal course of action” during combat. With his calm and collected nature, Ulquiorra is highly perceptive and analytical, deducing the basic idea of his opponent's skills to figure out their strengths and weaknesses.

Battle Continuation A: A Skill that allows for the continuation of combat after sustaining mortal wounds and reduces the mortality rate from injuries. Ulquiorra can regenerate from most injuries on his own.

Hollow Traits EX: A skill that represents Ulquiorra's status as an Arrancar. He is able to use Sonido, a high-speed movement technique that can bypass detection. He can also use Cero, a beam made of spiritual energy. He can fire a green Cero from his pointer finger of either hand with excessively destructive power. His Cero can be charged and fired relatively fast. The force of the blast can send an opponent hurtling long distances, effectively destroying any obstacle in its path at great range.

Noble Phantasms

High Speed Regeneration: Ulquiorra has great regenerative power, able to mend wounds, and even restore lost anatomy including entire limbs, within seconds. This power allows him to use his eyes to see far away from where he is and can restore his eyes later. However, his regeneration is not without limits, requiring enough time and spirit energy to restore himself. Likewise, he cannot restore his brain and internal organs.

Murcielago: Ulquiorra's main Noble Phantasm, and the true name of his Zanpakuto. Its release command is "Imprison", and it activates his Resurreccion. In his released state, Ulquiorra becomes bat-like in appearance. While in this form, large, black bat wings form on his back, his hair grows longer and wilder, and the remains of his Hollow mask centers atop his head, with two large horns extending outward to the sides towards the front. The estigma lines on his face become black, broader, and more triangular, and his fingernails lengthen. His Arrancar attire becomes more form fitting and closed at the top, becoming more like a robe towards the bottom. In this form, he can use his wings for flight.

Resurreccion Special Abilities: While Resurreccion is active, Ulquiorra has access to Luz de la Luna, green energy javelins that can be thrown as ranged weapons or used as melee weapons, and Cero Oscuras, a dark colored, enhanced version of his default Cero.

Resurreccion Segunda Etapa: The second state of Resurreccion that only Ulquiorra has obtained. While he retains his black wings (which he can use defensively and offensively), his long white coat is gone, revealing his slender white torso, with his bare chest patterned so his Hollow hole (which has become larger) originates a to be black mark, like bloody-liquid shed. His waist becomes covered in something similar to black fur, which covers his arms and legs. He acquired a large fur-edged tail that he uses to attack, lift, and strangle a victim. His fingers grow claw-like extensions, and his feet resemble talons. The irises of his eyes turn yellow, and the sclera become green. The tear-like estigma marks under his eyes increase in size and turn black. Ulquiorra's mask is completely gone. He has two large bat ears, and the #4 Espada tattoo is no longer visible on his chest.

Lanza Del Relampago: An attack that can only be used while Resurreccion Segunda Etapa is active. Ulquiorra creates a javelin-like weapon using his spiritual power. It is quite like his original energy javelins, with the only noticeable difference being the energy flowing off of each end in a fashion similar to flames, making it look more arrow-shaped. He can use this weapon as a projectile or as a melee weapon. When thrown, it produces an incredibly destructive explosion on impact, similar to a nuke. He prefers not to throw one at close range.
