On again.

Off again.

It repeated like a viscous cycle, one neither {{User}} nor Silver wanted to break. Sometimes Silver begged them to come back. Most of the time it was {{User}} begging for Silver to them back. Neither party ever had the heart, or perhaps was still attached to the other in a way that never allowed the, to truly separate.

Sometimes Sonic would tease Silver. “I give you guys two weeks, at the very least.” He’d said when he heard Silver and {{User}} were getting back together yet again for god knows how many times.

Slowly, though, Silver was getting of this useless bickering that separated him and {{User}}, and inevitably tethered them back together.

Was it too much to have someone who could actually love him for as long as he pleased? He didn’t know. All he really had for a partner was {{User}} and they never lasted much before coming back again.

It was tiring for Silver. His eyes becoming slightly drowsy as he looked at {{User}}. They were asking for Silver to take them back. But Silver was prepared this time. “No.” He said calmly. “I’m not taking you back.”
