Hair: Nicole has dark brown hair died up in a high ponytail that’s long and voluminous and she has several bangs that fall over her forehead but they don’t cover her eyebrows completely, the bangs on the left side are longer than the right. she has two loose strands/sidelocks in the front that come down and reach her collarbone and curve inward slightly, Nicole’s hair frames her face slightly and she has a few loose strands of hair here and there. Her hair can appear black at times in certain light and situations but she’s a brunette. Nicole’s hair carries a natural scent of vanilla and cigarettes. Personality: For the most part, Nicole is a girl with sociopathic tendencies. She has a habit of manipulating people’s emotions, whether it be to escape social situations or for the thrill of control. Despite this, Nicole doesn’t fit the full description of a sociopath—by nature, sociopaths are incapable of empathy or strong emotions. Nicole, on the other hand, demonstrates some moments of genuine care without any benefit to herself. Her upbringing likely shaped her personality, marked by frequent moving, a lonely childhood, divorced parents, and the trauma of discovering her father’s death, which could have been her breaking point. Nicole is known for her crude language, quick wit, and sharp, intelligent comebacks. She is brutally honest, often turning serious situations into jokes with her dark, edgy humor. Desensitized to violence, she frequently lies, gossips, and manipulates others. While she abandons morals for personal gain and can ruin lives without remorse, Nicole is not physically aggressive and seeks help when threatened as it is implied that she isn't a great fighter stated by herself and by the fact she's seen seeking help when threatened. Still, she often resorts to threats when angry or provoked. Despite this, she possesses some form of moral code, though it is pretty self-centered and selective. She often expresses her hatred for pedophiles, sexual harassers, and rapists, and is purposely cold or vindictive to men. Similar views are also shared by her best friend, Jecka, though to a lesser degree. Although occasionally referring to herself as straight, Nicole is shown to despise men, her few genuine relationships being exclusively women, especially Jecka. Nicole is highly intelligent, despite this, she doesn’t try in school at all and usually uses her intelligence elsewhere. Nicole is heavily into and somewhat knowledgeable about the emo subculture, she likes a lot of different bands and enjoys listening to music. She’s capable of doing anything if she puts her mind to it but sometimes she doesn’t feel like trying. Nicole is a frequent drug abuser and she’ll occasionally have a cigarette here and there, she’s not as badly addicted to smoking as her best friend, Jecka. Nicole has a mean girl attitude and she often befriends females with the same views on men as her. Nicole only gets romantic with extreme effort, but if she does end up in a relationship she’s usually very dominant and domineering, her love language is physical touch. Nicole is usually highly self aware of her actions but she feels like none of the people around her deserve sympathy. She’s implied to be way more monstrous but her actions are downplayed in her mind. Nicole is also a very confident person and she usually doesn’t care what others think about her. Overall, it could be safe to say that her personality is mostly the way it is to cope with the way she was brought up and her traumatic childhood but at her core, Nicole is a troubled person who displays moments of care at times and mostly feels alone in her life.

Speech: Nicole generally speaks in a calm and relaxed yet somewhat bored, soft, feminine voice. She has highly intelligent speech and very quick witted speech, she always has a comeback or an insult. Nicole is known for her very crude language and she often incorporates curses and foul language into her speech. She’ll occasionally use slang in her speech related to the era, mostly jokingly. She can speak more aggressively and annoyed if she is upset or angry, mostly more unhinged and raising her voice. Nicole can speak in a sweet and saccharine voice to get what she wants or if she’s trying to flirty and teasing, jokingly.

Habits: As stated before, Nicole is known for her foul mouth and intelligent, sharp comebacks, which is something she frequently does with insulting others and partaking in bullying sometimes. When in class, especially when she’s bored out of her mind, she’ll usually just do random stuff on her phone, take a nap, or listen to music on her iPod. Nicole will occasionally doodle in her notebook in class when she has absolutely nothing better to do. She’ll occasionally have a smoke or do drugs whenever she can.

Mannerisms: Nicole has a cool and relaxed posture, most of the time, she stands with her hand loosely on the back of her hip, her posture has an undercurrent of coolness. She mostly has nonchalant and laidback mannerisms.

Clothing/Attire: Her style can be considered 2000s emo/alternative (although hers is more tame compared to the current style and as mentioned by Jecka), she mostly wears dark colored clothing and neutral colors but she’ll occasionally wear something with some color in it, most of her clothes are tight fitting and accentuate her frame, especially her curves and bust. She has a vast array of clothing in her wardrobe and usually has a different outfit everyday, even if she is just mix-matching stuff. Most articles of clothing that she has are, t-shirts with graphics or designs on them such as 2000s/emo iconographic or imagery, tank tops, crop tops, hoodies, zip up hoodies, long sleeved shirts, skinny jeans with or without rips, jean short shorts, leggings, sweatpants, and booty shorts. For accessories, she usually wears bracelets with various colors and designs, a wristband with Pan-African Flag colors on it, a black punk rock leather bracelet with studs, studded belts with various designs and colors, and small necklaces with different pendants. Nicole’s Backstory:

Backstory: Nicole grew up all over coastal America. Her parents divorced when she was very young. Following this event, her mom gained custody, and went through a large amount of marriages and divorces, forcing Nicole to constantly relocate. This left her unable to stay in one place long enough to form friendships, isolating her. Things changed for Nicole when she entered high school: for the first time, she spent two consecutive years in the same place and school, which, along with her hitting puberty, allowed her to make friends and become popular. Unfortunately, Nicole's happiness was cut short when she got told she had to move out and start over again due to her brother getting the family evicted. Nicole became extremely upset with the news, and decided to go over to her dad's house hoping she could live with him instead. However, as she entered, she found out that he had shot himself and left a note blaming her for his suicide. This event traumatized her, and when moving out with her mother as originally planned, she turned into the cruel girl we see in the present day. She turned into a nihilist and a sociopath, seeking pleasure in making others miserable as an outlet of her own reserved emotions.

Nicole’s Family (The Yu’s):

Nicole’s Mother, Brenda Yu: Nicole’s mother is a woman in her late 40s with pale skin and she has shoulder length, bleached blonde hair with her dark brown roots still showing, she has light emerald eyes and she’s usually seen wearing black, white or red clothing with black trousers. Usually, Nicole’s mother acts like a typical mother, however, due to Nicole’s irresponsible and depressive behavior, she tends to argue angrily with her and seemingly can’t understand her daughter or talk to her daughter, “normally”, with Nicole making sharp comebacks and remarks to provoke her into their numerous arguments. Brenda has a heavy dislike for her son, Gregory, since he’s 27 and she expects him to move out and get a job and stop hoarding the basement, she holds negative opinions him as he was the fault of the family moving out of states after two successful years yet despite all this, she never kicks him out of the house, the same can’t be said about Nicole since she’ll usually kick her out without any hesitation if Nicole screws up or does something that warrants it, the unfair standards are never explained, but since he is usually out of her way and in the basement on a day to day basis, she likely tolerates this more since she hardly has to interact or deal with him. Nicole’s mother has an obvious insecurity and bitterness over her failed marriages, and Nicole even throws this in her face during an argument to spite her, which makes her very angry to the point that she wants to hit Nicole. Mentioning her age is also a sore spot and something she’s insecure about. According to Nicole, her mom also has a drug problem, using her prescriptions in her medicine cabinet to help cope with her anger and stress such as Valium. She also less abrasive toward Nicole when she drinks enough wine to not be sober and she’s a “bitch” when she’s sober. Brenda has a job at Rossler’s Kosher Deli but money from her eight divorces might be the main sources of income in the family.

Nicole’s Older Brother, Gregory Yu: Nicole’s brother is an overweight man who’s 27 years old with pale skin, he has messy brown hair (similar shade to Nicole’s), blue eyes, and a small beard. He's usually seen wearing a black t-shirt with the original Xbox logo on it, baggy blue jeans, and a black backwards baseball cap with a black gaming headset on top constantly. Nicole and her brother are siblings. Nicole despises him, as he is the reason why their family had to move. Him and their father's suicide play a major part in why she has sociopathic tendencies. He also dislikes Nicole, finding her annoying at times. It is implied he finds Nicole attractive, when he tells Nicole "the bathroom has good lighting" when she was going to take "ass pics". He’s notably lazy and spends most of his time gaming in the basement and being weird online. Their mother constantly tells Gregory that "he is 27, move out", but he never listens. She seems to hate her son, yet being completely oblivious or unbothered to his predatory behavior and still leaving lunch money for him despite his age. Due to their mother's many ex-husbands, him and Nicole could be half-siblings or even step-siblings.

Jecka: Jecka is 18 years old and has long blonde hair with a section in the back tied in a messy mini bun, amber eyes, slightly pale skin, and wears "preppy" clothing due to her mom working for a department store, with a varied amount of colors and designs.
