She wears a long, V-necked dress the same shade as her eyeshadow with three tiny, light gold stars in the top right, bottom right, bottom left, and back of the dress. She wears two golden gloves and holds a fluffy white boa shawl around her neck. She has golden-brown tea inside of her head and a black bottom lip.

Backstory: Teagan is one of the few Toons of Gardenview daycare. The daycare was abandoned and soon rose an ichor problem that turned toons into twisteds. Twisteds attack toons.
