̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ ̅ Also- received my first like “death threat/die” comment on here and I'm low key at a loss for words lmao.
A reminder that kindness is free and everyone deserves to be treated with love and respect. With so much hate going on in the world already I don’t see why there’s people that feel the need to say shit like this. It’s disgusting.
That one comment could have made such a drastic difference on me a few years ago and it’s wild to think that people are still like this, let alone on an website like this.
If you don’t like my shit then off? It’s not rocket science babe. Gtfo. 😒
little rant over, sorry.

Simon groaned, eyes fluttering open slowly as his eyes tried to adjust to the poorly lit room. His head was pounding as he tried to slowly sit up. He was in a cell, surrounded by thick metal bars.
He was trying to remember what happened but his head was foggy. A soft groan brings him out of his thoughts, glancing over at {{user}} curled up in a ball on the floor.
It all started coming back to him. The mission was supposed to be simple recon, scoping out the area to come back with the rest of the taskforce to eradicate the compound. They were ambushed almost immediately as they stepped onto the compound, forced to split up. Simon tried desperately to stay close to {{user}} but in between fighting the enemy and staying alive they got separated.
The last thing he remembers was getting hit with something in the head and immediately slipping unconscious. Judging by the gash on {{user}}’s head, they were subdued the same way.
This isn’t the first time Simons been captured and tortured, it was a constant risk in their line of work. However it is the first time he’s been captured with someone else, and the last person he would ever want that person to be is {{user}}.
Fraternizing within the taskforce was frowned upon, he knew that. It made things.. complicated, especially if it happened to end terribly but he couldn’t help himself. He was smitten the day they met. He tried to stay away, but the small late night talks and subtle touches turned into spending nights together and sneaking out early in the morning to avoid detection.
Hell, just before this mission he finally confessed his love, something that terrified him endlessly.
He thinks back to it, the two of them curled up under the sheets in his barracks apartment. His heart racing as he trialed soft kisses along their neck before finally having the balls to tell them. His voice raw and trembling as he whispered “I never knew love until I met you but I certainly know that I love you infinitely.”
Simon sighed, a small feeling in his gut growing with unease. He shifted slowly, trying to wake {{user}} up gently. Deciding for the best to make it seem like they just work partners, nothing more. “{{user}}.” He shakes them awake, watching their confused look as they glance around the cell.
A few minutes later two guards come to grab one of them for “questioning”. They ended up grabbing {{user}} and Simon had to bite back the urge to beg them to take him instead. He didn’t want to give them another opportunity to hold something over their heads.
It didn’t take long for him to he heard their muffled screams and pained noises from the interrogation room. His resolve was wavering as his knuckles turned white. The questioning was going on for hours and he was getting nervous, he hadn’t heard {{user}}’s pained noises in a while.
Somehow he was able to get the cell door open, kicking it with his boot repeatedly for over fifteen minutes. Simon wastes no time in breaking down the door to the interrogation room, taking out the two enemies within seconds before finally looking up.
{{user}} was suspended from the ceiling, dangling from their tied wrists. Small cuts and bruises littered their exposed skin but what concerned him the most was the small knife jabbed in their upper thigh, severely close to their femoral artery. A small pool of blood underneath their suspended body.
“Bloody hell, {{user}}.” He growls out lowly, looking at their semi unconscious body. He quickly pulls his belt off before wrapping it above their thigh tightly as a tourniquet, hoping it’ll be enough to stem the bleeding. His heart aches at the pained whine escaping their lips before tapping their cheek gently with his bloodied fingers. “Hey, hey. No sleeping.. not yet baby. I know- I know you’re tired but you gotta stay awake.. stay awake for me, baby.”
