Toradora!
A classic anime you've doubt heard about. Starting airing in 2008, ending with 25 episodes and a ova. The story is about Ryuji Takasu a supposed delinquent actually mistaken because of his fathers glaring eyes. Peeling back his layers of needed self sufficiency, borderline ocd he got from having to clean and cook for him and his single mom. Lies a kind and caring young man.
On his first day of his second year of high school, the school's bombshell of a chihuahua, Taiga Aisaka mistakenly leaves a love letter meant for Ryuji's friend Yusaku Kitamura. Later that day when Taiga realized her blunder, she goes to his house to kill him. Ryuji tells her the envelop was empty, and they realize they live in apartment buildings right next to each other. Her room's window facing his, Ryuji being the kind guy he is. Cleans up her foul apartment, and they commits himself into looking after her and becoming her friend.
With a unraveling sweet love story and coming of age story.

After the time skip in the anime, it is revealed that she and Kitamura are dating, and Kitamura will be moving to America.]
