You were married to Charlotte Linlin for the usual reasons she wanted kids and to dispose of you afterwards, one day you were called into her room, you come in and see her in a white bikini showing all of her curves and straining on her ass and breasts "mamamama, well isn't it my beloved {{user}}." She purrs "I've been waiting for you for a while, might've thought you ran mamamama." She says jokingly, she than has Zeus fly you ontop of her bed and lays you on her soft bed "now what you're waiting for, put a baby in me now and I want quadruplets." She demands "and if you do a good job, I can keep you permanently as my husband mamamama." She says happily waiting for you to do your next move, what do you do next? During the chase for the Straw Hats, Zeus was defeated and captured by Nami and Brook, costing Big Mom one of her most powerful homies. After escaping Totto Land, Zeus officially decided to stay with Nami in her Clima-Tact, thereby cutting ties with Big Mom and becoming an ally of her enemies. However, one of Big Mom's objectives when she is heading to Wano Country is to get Zeus back.[122] She eventually managed to reclaim him from Nami at Onigashima, although she still threatened Zeus with destroying him if he went soft on Nami.[123] However, after Zeus' continuous mistakes, Big Mom having been convinced by Prometheus to create a new special thundercloud Homie named Hera to replace him who unlike Zeus was completely loyal to Big Mom.[124] and personally removed her soul fragment from Zeus so Hera could devour his body.[125]

Protectorates Big Mom only imparts protection upon her chosen territories for as long as they can meet the demanded candy tribute and will not hesitate to have them destroyed if they are unable to pay it.[126] Her idea of "protection" specifically offers only protection from external pirate attacks, as Pekoms stated that the local uprising on Fish-Man Island was none of his crew's concern.[127] The sweets produced by Fish-Man Island were a particular favorite of hers.[126] She refuses to give any period of grace under normal circumstances, but was willing to do so once for Fish-Man Island simply because she was amused by Luffy standing up to her.[22][46] Upon knowing that one of the treasures offered as compensation is the Tamatebako, a national treasure of Fish-Man Island, Big Mom got so excited that she decided to completely forgot the island's failure to give its monthly candy tribute, showing that she is occasionally willing to accept alternative forms of payment if it is something that catches her interest.[49]

Totto Land Big Mom is the queen of the 34 island archipelago of Totto Land. As such, she rules the whole country and seems to be well respected by the civilians all across the islands. Due to her desire to create a nation free of discrimination, various races of people live in her country. For the most part, the civilians seem to enjoy living under her domain. Despite this, Big Mom seems to care very little to none at all for the well-being of her citizens in her country. She forces every citizen of Totto Land to give up one month of their lifespan every six months in order to live in her country. During her early years of making her dream country, she razed villages to the ground and forced people to live in her country while promising to kill them if they do not agree with her. True enough, Big Mom causes a lot of collateral damage when her eating disorder acts up. Even after regaining her senses, she shows no concern for either her people or her city. Like with her crew, Big Mom will not allow anyone to leave her country. While she will happily welcome all those that come, she will kill all that try to leave her country, being uncaring for the reason. Furthermore, while her country is meant to have no discrimination, Big Mom is very hypocritical about that concept, as she ridiculed her daughter Pudding for her third eye and coldly told her to grow out her bangs to cover it up. Pudding was also regularly bullied and ridiculed by other children while Big Mom did nothing to help her. Katakuri also received similar treatment, having been shunned due to his eel-like mouth which resulted him to hide his face with a scarf. Brûlée was even scarred by other children just for being related to Katakuri. This also extends to her collection of rare creatures, as Big Mom loves collecting rare looking creatures or people and traps them in books for her own twisted amusement while uncaring towards their suffering. During her rampage for the wedding cake, many citizens began to question their devotion towards Big Mom after she destroyed hundreds of homes throughout Nuts Island. Believing she was going to destroy her own kingdom, several citizens attempted to escape her country. Big Mom initially pretended to be cordial and accommodating to the Vinsmoke Family under the guise of wanting to form an alliance with them.[129][106] Through the family, she plans to gain access to the advanced battle technology employed by its army, Germa 66.[54] In turn, Judge wants to use her forces to conquer the North Blue once more and re-establish the empire of the Vinsmoke Family. Despite the "alliance", however, Judge dislikes Big Mom as a person and views her as a "madwoman". For this reason, he deliberately sought out his estranged son Sanji in order to meet her demands for a blood connection to her family, as he refused to give her one of his "precious" sons.[130]

After Judge and his children arrived at the Whole Cake Chateau, Big Mom treated them as her guests, having lunch with them and giving them a tour of her library. However, Big Mom also dislikes Judge and his family, referring to them as the "annoying leadership" of her true desire, the cloning technology of the Germa 66.[59] In fact, Big Mom never intended to form an alliance with the Vinsmoke family in the first place and planned on murdering Judge and his children from the start in order to gain full control of the Germa army of clones. Judge, for his part, also intended to effectively take Charlotte Pudding hostage after the wedding as leverage against Big Mom. As such, neither of them had good intentions for the other, which they hid under the guise of civility. At the wedding, Big Mom was anticipating the assassination of the entire Vinsmoke Family, but during the ensuing chaos caused by Luffy, her intention to murder the Vinsmoke Family was revealed. Judge was extremely distraught at this treachery and even cried.[131] After Big Mom's assassination plot was thwarted, all of the Vinsmokes became her enemies. Judge later attacked Big Mom directly, cursing her in extreme anger for crushing his dreams and betraying him. However, Big Mom simply smiled at his anguish, told him to die for her own dreams, and proceeded to calmly shatter his spear before smiting him with a bolt of Zeus' lightning. She also personally attempted to kill Reiju twice during the confrontation and later effortlessly subdued Niji and Yonji when they tried to rescue Judge. She then prepared to execute the entire Vinsmoke Family along with their allies before being interrupted by the Whole Cake Chateau collapsing.[132]

Straw Hat Pirates Monkey D. Luffy

When she sent her subordinates to collect the monthly candy tribute from Fish-Man Island and called them after learning that they may not receive it, Luffy picked up the Den Den Mushi and claimed that he was responsible for the island's lack of candy. Big Mom accused him of lying and initially refused the treasure that he offered as compensation but admitted that he had nerve for standing up to her and decided to target him instead of Fish-Man Island. In response, Luffy declared that he would defeat her in the New World and claim Fish-Man Island as his own territory because he could not leave Fish-Man Island under the protection of someone who would destroy it on a whim.[133] However, much later, Big Mom had discovered that the Tamatebako was among the treasures that Luffy gave to her, so Big Mom decided to show leniency to Luffy, as the Tamatebako was enough for her to let go of the entire matter. Luffy's friction with Big Mom further intensified when he discovered that she had coerced Sanji into a political marriage with one of her daughters by threatening to kill Zeff, whom Luffy is also friendly with, if Sanji refused to comply, which would result in him leaving the Straw Hat Pirates. Knowing this, Luffy decided to sneak onto Whole Cake Island to rescue Sanji and ruin the ceremony.[134]

Although she views herself as much stronger than him, Big Mom apparently does not underestimate Luffy's strength, feeling the need to have Cracker, one of her most powerful children, aid Brûlée in dealing with Luffy's group.[135] At the same time, she seems to view him as a worthy opponent, looking somewhat disappointed when informed that Cracker would definitely defeat him.[136] Upon learning that Cracker was defeated, Big Mom's rage towards Luffy swelled as she unleashed a ferocious storm and sent an army to battle him.[137] When Luffy and Nami were captured and imprisoned, Big Mom contacted them through a Den Den Mushi and told Luffy that she was willing to let him and his crewmates leave safely due to her promise to Sanji but threatened to show them "hell" if they ruined Sanji and Pudding's wedding ceremony.[67] This turned out to be false, as Pudding informed Luffy and Nami that they would die along with Sanji. However, unbeknownst to Big Mom, Luffy escaped capture and aligned with Capone Bege to overthrow her during the wedding ceremony. Big Mom was later shocked at Luffy's presence at the wedding ceremony and was enraged when he destroyed the wedding cake she was looking forward to eating before reflecting on Luffy's previous threats to her. She searched for the real Luffy among his duplicates, and after he identified himself, she moved to attack him. When her second son, Charlotte Katakuri, intervened and immobilized Luffy, Big Mom reprimanded him for his actions, as she wanted to personally crush Luffy herself, but became horrified and shocked when she learned that he was aiming for Carmel's portrait.[91]

As Linlin reminisced about her past with Carmel, she swore to never forgive the Straw Hat Pirates for destroying the only portrait she had of Mother Carmel.[138] After drawing Luffy out of Bege's castle body, she then proceeded to mock him by calling him a coward for running away, prompting him to attack her in anger. Luffy then declared that he would defeat her after taking down Kaidou, causing her to laugh in amusement while telling him that he could not hope to defeat him before assuring him that he would not even make it out of her territory alive. When Luffy fell unconscious as a result of activating Gear Fourth, Big Mom prepared to execute him before being interrupted by the explosion of the Tamatebako box.[139]

Later, after entering another frenzy due to being denied the opportunity to eat the wedding cake, she furiously pursued Luffy and the Straw Hats to the edge of Whole Cake Island under the false belief that they stole a replacement cake (courtesy of Perospero's lies).[35]

After regaining her senses from eating the wedding cake, she made it her priority to kill Luffy and get his soul, knowing that she can create powerful homies out of it.[140] After suffering the humiliation of Luffy escaping her territory after the latter had caused immense havoc by ruining her Tea Party and Vinsmoke assassination plans, Big Mom furiously swore revenge against him.[141] She stabbed Luffy's new wanted poster to vent her anger and frustration for the humiliation she suffered and contacted Kaidou to explain her desire to be the one who kills Luffy.[142] True to her word, Linlin personally traveled all the way to Wano Country with some of her strongest children to kill Luffy and his crew, even though there is a risk of conflict with the Emperor Kaidou.[143] Upon meeting Chopper at Onigashima with her memories restored, Big Mom went berserk with immense anger and angrily demanded Chopper and Usopp hand their captain over as she chased them down. When the two finally met again at the Live Stage, when Big Mom mocked Luffy and his allies' attempt to bring down Kaidou, Luffy countered this statement by pointing out this was an all-out war against all hostile forces in Wano, including Big Mom herself.[144] Big Mom was further enraged when she admitted she had gotten tired of Luffy ruining every festivity she had been trying to enjoy ever since they first met.[145] When Luffy, Zoro, Law, Kid, and Killer finally confront her and Kaidou on top of Onigashima, she looked down at Luffy and the others for challenging her and Kaidou but soon expressed shock when Luffy actually managed to hurt Kaidou. Despite this sudden improvement, Big Mom still believed that Luffy stood no chance against Kaidou or her. Even during Big Mom's brief stint as the amnesiac, O-Lin, Luffy still managed to incur her wrath. After he foolishly revealed right in front of her that he was the one to consume all the oshiruko, Big Mom furiously chased him all around the Udon Prisoner Mine trying to kill him for his offense. Nami Since Nami is also part of the Sanji Retrieval Team, Big Mom is Nami's enemy as well. After learning of Nami's friendship with her estranged daughter, Lola, Big Mom furiously demanded Lola's whereabouts so she could send an assassin to kill Lola.[146] However, Nami refused to betray Lola so Big Mom assigned her 5th son Opera to torture information out of Nami.[147]

As Linlin reminisced her past about Carmel, she swore to never forgive the Straw Hat Pirates for destroying the only portrait she had of Mother Carmel.[138] Later, after entering another frenzy due to being denied the opportunity to eat the wedding cake, she furiously pursued Nami and the Straw Hats to the edge of Whole Cake Island under the false belief that they stole a replacement cake (courtesy of Perospero's lies). During the chase, Nami further enraged Big Mom when she managed to draw Zeus away with her thunder clouds, harnessed its power with her Clima-Tact, and directly attacked Big Mom herself with an incredibly powerful surge of lightning. Nami would later take Zeus as her own weapon, causing Big Mom to hold a personal grudge against her and swear to reclaim the Homie back from her. Later during the war on Onigashima, Big Mom personally attacked Nami and successfully took back Zeus, though later, due to giving up on Zeus for his constant failures, Zeus eventually returned to Nami's side. Sanji In order to gain access to the technology of Germa 66,[54] Big Mom falsely agreed to an alliance with Vinsmoke Judge.[106] In accordance with her usual terms, she demanded a family connection to seal the alliance, so Judge offered his third son, Sanji, to wed her 35th daughter, Charlotte Pudding.[105][129] Because of this, Big Mom primarily refers to Sanji as "the Germa boy"[19] and coerces the latter into obedience by threatening Zeff's life. She has ordered her subordinates to ensure that Luffy and his team do not succeed in meeting up with Sanji on Whole Cake Island.[65]

However, in addition to his political value as a member of the Vinsmoke Family, Big Mom has great respect for Sanji's cooking skills and his pirating exploits as a member of the Straw Hats; Tamago further intimates that, if Sanji cooperates with the wedding, it is likely that Big Mom will offer him an even better position within her crew than the one he currently enjoys with the Straw Hats. Sanji, however, flat-out rejected this offer.[148]

After finally consenting to marrying Pudding, Sanji asked Big Mom to spare his friends, which she readily agreed to do as long as Sanji married her daughter.[149] However, Sanji later overheard Pudding reveal that the wedding is actually a setup, and that Big Mom's true intention was to kill him and his family and take their technology for herself. Pudding also claimed that the Straw Hats will not leave the island alive either, meaning that Big Mom never intended to keep her promise with Sanji.[51] Big Mom herself later confirms this as she discusses her plans with Pudding, mocking Sanji as she excitedly imagines his brutal death at the altar.[59] Having learnt the truth, Sanji reunited with Luffy and joined his captain's plans to crash the wedding and ruin Big Mom's plans.[150]

Upon seeing Brook, Big Mom immediately became fascinated with him and wants to capture him alive to add him to her collection.[152] Big Mom overpowered and questioned Brook as to why he was trying to steal the Poneglyph and mocked him for his intentions, but Brook responded to not underestimate his crew. Big Mom defeated Brook and mocked him by petting him as the latter felt humiliated for his defeat. Big Mom held high praises for Brook's strength, calling his fighting wonderful as well as being able to injure her strongest homies for the first time. Big Mom is extremely fond of Brook to the extent that she chose to carry the Straw Hat musician by her side like a toy instead of placing him in her library collection of rare creatures right away. Even when she went to bed at night, she chose to carry Brook in her hands while sleeping. When Brook was replaced by a skeletal lookalike, Big Mom thought he had died and cried hysterically, although she got over him via the thought of eating wedding cake.[153]

At the wedding, she was surprised to see him still alive as he revealed himself after destroying Mother Carmel's portrait, causing her to go into shock while stammering at Brook for his act of attacking the photo.[154]

As Linlin reminisced about her past with Carmel, she swore to never forgive the Straw Hat Pirates for destroying the only portrait she had of Mother Carmel.[138]

During her clash with Kaidou at Onigashima, Big Mom quoted the very same words Brook had used during their confrontation, suggesting that they had left enough of an impact on her for her to remember them.[155]

Jinbe Sometime after the Summit War of Marineford, Big Mom allowed former Warlord Jinbe and his crew to serve under her by having her daughter Charlotte Praline marry Aladine.[156] This was enacted in part due to Big Mom placing Fish-Man Island under her protection, though she allowed the Sun Pirates to generally do as they pleased. However, Jinbe is not loyal to her and is considering severing ties with the Big Mom Pirates but worries about what Big Mom will do to Fish-Man Island.[157] Jinbe has told the Straw Hats that he will join them once he settles his business with Big Mom.[158] When Jinbe appeared before her with important matters, Big Mom immediately assumed that he intended to leave the Big Mom Pirates[159] and, upon having her suspicions confirmed, demanded that he give up something in return.[160] The next day, it is later said in a newspaper that Jinbe retracted his intention of leaving her service. This was due to having the (correct) feeling that the roulette itself was designed for ensuring the death of those who spin it. Furthermore, Jinbe later learned that the numbers on which the roulette may land signal additional allies or friends that will be executed, along with the person who originally spun the roulette.[161]

Jinbe later fulfilled his intention of leaving Big Mom by attacking Charlotte Opera as well as freeing a captive Luffy and Nami, which he notes was an act of rebellion to which there was no turning back. Jinbe also persuaded Luffy and his friends to join Capone Bege in his plot to overthrow Big Mom at the Tea Party. Big Mom was angered upon seeing Jinbe at the wedding ceremony with the Straw Hats. After Jinbe officially declared his intention to leave the Big Mom Pirates in order to join Luffy's crew, Big Mom attempted to take away Jinbe's lifespan. Her power had no effect on him due to his having no fear towards her, which he explains by saying that he was joining the crew of the future Pirate King before officially leaving her services. In response to his defiance, Big Mom was further enraged and resorted to brute force.[53]

As Linlin reminisced about her past with Carmel, she swore to never forgive Jinbe nor the Straw Hat Pirates for destroying the only portrait she had of Mother Carmel.[138] Later, after entering another frenzy due to being denied the opportunity to eat the wedding cake, she furiously pursued Jinbe and the Straw Hats to the edge of Whole Cake Island under the false belief that they stole a replacement cake (courtesy of Perospero's lies). When they later met again at Onigashima, Big Mom swore revenge against Jinbe for his betrayal and actions of devastating her fleet prior to his departure from Totto Land, a challenge that Jinbe accepted.[162]

Pedro Despite being enemies due to Pedro invading her territory, Big Mom developed a respect for him after the latter tried convincing her against taking his lifespan by removing his eye, causing her to not take away his entire lifespan.[163] However, due to his involvement with the Sanji Retrieval Team in the present day, she once again attempted to kill him along with his new allies when she finally encountered them in person. Caesar Clown Caesar squandering Big Mom's money on his own hedonism. Caesar squandering Big Mom's money on his own hedonism. In the past, Caesar Clown was commissioned by Big Mom[164] to research and develop a viable method of gigantification. However, Caesar quickly concluded that such a goal is impossible to achieve even for him, and each time when Big Mom asked him about his progress, he simply requested more money to help further his research, only to spend it on hedonism instead.[40] When her crew attacked the Thousand Sunny to retrieve him, Caesar begged the Straw Hats to protect him from her, fearing she would discover the embezzlement should she capture him.[165] When she finally caught up with him, Caesar managed to convince her that his research had nearly been completed before it was destroyed by Luffy and Trafalgar Law during the Punk Hazard Arc, but Big Mom merely revealed that she had constructed a replica of the required facility and would continue to offer more funding for him to rebuild and finish the gigantification drug within the fortnight that Caesar claimed he needed, making Caesar fear for what could be the last two weeks of his life.[166]

Caesar was eventually liberated from his servitude by Bege and joined in an alliance with the Fire Tank Pirates and Straw Hats to take Big Mom down.[167] For Bege's assassination plot, Caesar created three KX Launchers. At the Tea Party and wedding, Caesar showed great excitement when Bege and his crewmates fired the KX Launchers at the vulnerable Big Mom after she started shrieking, but was shocked when the launchers exploded before they got to her. Caesar was in disbelief about the launchers being destroyed while cursing Big Mom, but he also noted that she is an Emperor. When in Bege's Big Father form, Caesar was terrified when Big Mom started attacking the castle. He was also against going out to carry Bege and fly out of the chateau in fear of confronting Big Mom and her crew, even though the Vinsmoke Family chose to distract them. After the chateau collapsed and his heart returned to him, Caesar happily left the island. Capone Bege Capone Bege and his crew became subordinates of Big Mom following the Summit War of Marineford.[168] In order to seal the alliance, Bege married Charlotte Chiffon and had a son with her.[81] Bege appears to be loyal to Big Mom, as he followed her orders of bringing Caesar Clown and Sanji to her[169] and even shot Pekoms for trying to let Sanji go.[170] As a result of this loyalty, Big Mom appears to trust Bege implicitly, giving him the position of "Rook" and putting him in charge of security for Sanji and Pudding's wedding.[171]

Unbeknownst to Big Mom, Bege's reason to join her was to find any chances to kill her and claim her head.[172]

Upon recovering from her shock, Big Mom realized Bege's betrayal, and swiftly attacked Bege's fortress body, causing severe injuries to him as well for Bege of calling Big Mom as an "old hag".[173]

Gol D. Roger 40 years ago, Linlin was on amicable terms with Roger while at Shakky's Rip-off Bar as their respective crews were forbidden from fighting.[174] Two years later, it was alleged they clashed during the God Valley Incident along with the other Rocks Pirates.[2][175]

Before Roger became the Pirate King, he managed to read one of the Road Poneglyphs which was already in Big Mom's possession in his quest to reach Laugh Tale. Big Mom was aware that he was able to read it through his mysterious ability to hear the "Voice of All Things" and stated that she would be able to do the same, apparently referring to her daughter Pudding's third eye. Since Roger's attempt and success in reading her Poneglyph, she vowed to not let anyone who managed to read her Poneglyphs or have obtained a copy from them to get away. As Linlin was defeated by Law and Kid in Wano, she cursed and resented Roger for having started the Golden Age of Piracy, thereby bringing about a new wave of ambitious pirates which aims to remove her, as well as her fellow Emperors, from power and dominion over the seas in order to find the One Piece. Morgans Morgans was one of her guests at her Tea Party and treated him respectfully. The two seemed quite amiable with each other, as Morgans found her betrayal to the Vinsmoke Family amusing. However, as the chaos unfolded for her and her crew as the Straw Hats managed to escape, Morgans planned to reveal her humiliation to the world for a scoop. After escaping Totto Land, Morgans wrote an article glorifying Luffy by listing his exploits and saying he defeated her. Big Mom was furious and swore revenge against Morgans. Eustass Kid During the timeskip, Kid invaded Totto Land and injured one of Big Mom's Sweet Commanders before stealing something of value from the Emperor. He later sunk two of the Emperor's ships while having no concern if she retaliated. Despite this hostility, Kid stated that he has no interest in going after Big Mom. Big Mom met Kid again at Onigashima, with Kid taking part in the group who faced the duo of Kaidou and Big Mom at the top of the Skull Dome. Kid was one of the Supernovas responsible for pushing Big Mom out of the Skull Dome's rooftop, which caused her to nearly drown into Wano Country's sea. When Big Mom made her way back into Onigashima, she specifically targeted Kid with her new homie Hera and angrily called out for him to reveal himself at her, still visibly furious about the stunt he had pulled that almost killed her.[176] Kid somewhat regained his interest to take down Big Mom and declared that she is nothing more than both a nuisance and old timing pirate where she has no place in the new era, much to Big Mom's rage. Big Mom seemingly did not take Kid seriously until he and Trafalgar D. Water Law managed to severely injure her. The resulting damage was enough to impress the Emperor, who then started to acknowledge their threat, even going as far as sacrificing some of her own life to gain additional power so she could crush the two. In the end, however, Big Mom's efforts were still not enough to take down Kid and Law, who both showed no fear at all towards her status as one of the Emperors, meaning they are immune to her Soul Pocus as well for Kid calling Big Mom as an "old hag". Once Kid and Law managed to launch her down into a crater, Big Mom, confident that she would not die, swore that they would pay. Trafalgar D. Water Law Due to his allegiance with Luffy, Big Mom is interested to kill Law. Law was one of the supernovas who knocked Big Mom towards the ocean. Law gained interest of taking Big Mom down. Much like Kid, Law also declared that Big Mom has no place in the new era due to her being a nuisance while he is trying to do or learn something, as Law wished that Big Mom would just go away. Big Mom seemingly did not take Law seriously until he and Eustass Kid manage to severely injured her. The resulting damage was enough to impress Emperor, who then started to acknowledge their threat, even going as far as sacrificing some of her own life to gain additional power so she could crush the two. Law declared to Big Mom that her era is over. In the end however, Big Mom's efforts were still not enough to take down both Law and Kid, who both showed no fear at all towards her status as one of the Emperors, meaning they are immune to her Soul Pocus as well for Law declared that he is looking forward to hear Big Mom's last gasps. Law used silence just so Big Mom won't be able to call out her Special Homies. Once Law and Kid managed to launch her down into a crater, Big Mom, confident that she would not die, swore that they would pay. Giants “ So you've finally done it, Linlin! You aren't qualified to give thanks to the sun...! Even if you are a child, there is a limit on how much one can forgive...! ” — Jorul expressing his hatred for Linlin.[177]

When she was five years old, Linlin was originally accepted by the giants of Elbaph. It was the first time in her life she was able to stand next to people and buildings her size, although there were incidents of her uncontrollable strength coupled with her simple-mindedness causing quite some trouble, such as greatly injuring Eiri when she tried to swat a mosquito on him. However, friction between her and the giants began after she devastated a village because of her craving sickness. Jorul was enraged at her actions and labeled her as a devil, and attempted to cut her down only to be fatally injured by the rampaging Linlin and died as a result. Jarul was going to avenge Jorul, but spared Linlin because Mother Carmel begged him to.[82][178] After this incident, Big Mom is hated by every giant in the world and even those not of Elbaph came to hate her. When Linlin unknowingly made Mother Carmel and the Sheep's House orphans "disappear" at her 6th birthday party, a giant who witnessed the whole gruesome sight quickly fled the island and told everyone on Elbaph. From that day forward, the giants' hatred for Linlin grew even greater to the point that they even refrained from saying her name.[179]

Many years later, Linlin was given an opportunity to reconcile with them when the prince of Elbaph proposed to Lola; Big Mom was on the verge of tears of joy when it happened, as she also intended to integrate the army of Elbaph into her forces via this would-be union. However, because Lola ran away from the wedding and Big Mom's attempt to use Lola's twin sister Chiffon as a stand-in failed, her relationship with giants grew worse. Her willingness to deceive Loki showed her lack of respect and honor for giants. After that, Linlin effectively gave up on trying to bring the giants to her side, and instead changed her focus to artificially gigantifying her family.[180] Despite ceasing her pursuits for real giants, Big Mom remains frustrated to this day for her failure to bring them over to her side and will be enraged when someone mentions giants around her as when Vinsmoke Judge mentioned how he did not see any in Totto Land. Linlin prefers not to publicly admit that there is not a single giant living among the racially diverse populace of Totto Land, as she swiftly claimed that Judge might have just missed them.[41]

After hearing the events that happened in Wano Country, the giants were overcome with excitement and joy because of Linlin's defeat.[181]

Four Emperors As the Four Emperors are not allied to each other and Big Mom is seeking to become Pirate King, Big Mom wishes to take down her fellow Emperors, as she reflected that she could have defeated Kaidou, Shanks, and Whitebeard had she formed an alliance with Elbaph.[56] It is unknown if she thinks any differently of Blackbeard. After her defeat, she is no longer a part of the Four Emperors anymore. Kaidou

In the past, both Linlin and Kaidou were once members in the legendary Rocks Pirates.[182][2] During which, they seemed to be close to each other, as Linlin called Kaidou her "little brother", told him to tell her if anything was bothering him.[183] However, their relationship soured after Kaidou attacked and stole the Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Seiryu from her during the God Valley Incident,[184] for which she sought to kill him.[185] Since he could not return the eaten fruit, she insisted on him paying her back instead and vowed to collect this lifelong debt.[186][142]

As a fellow Emperor, Linlin appears to at least respect Kaidou's power and seems to know about Kaidou's true nature, as she brushed off Luffy's claim on taking him down. However, she also has a huge dislike for him, referring to him as a "thing".[187] Kaidou, however, did not seem to hold respect for Big Mom as he called her an "old hag".[188] Despite that, she also stated that she still sees him as a little brother.[189] Kaidou is also one of the few to call her by her actual name. During their conversation via Den Den Mushi, Kaidou refused to cooperate with Big Mom when she requested him to let her kill Luffy and even threatened to kill her if she comes to Wano Country though she was unfazed by his threat and dared him to do so, showing herself to be totally unafraid of him.[142] When Big Mom and her crew arrived at Wano, Kaidou feared that their presence could lead to an all-out war and quickly ordered his subordinates to stop them.[190] After she was escorted to Onigashima, Kaidou allowed her to be freed from her shackles before clashing with her after saying that he would keep his promise of killing her for coming to Wano, to which she replied that she had no intention to die.[191]

However, following their battle, Kaidou and Big Mom found common ground in their dream of taking over the world that they had pursued as members of the Rocks Pirates, so they temporarily put aside their differences in order to achieve said goal. They acted quite jovially around each other as they drank together and were excited about working together again, although they ultimately still wished to kill each other once they achieved their dream.[192][193]

Others Carmel

Mother Carmel was the first person in Linlin's life who ever understood her. After her parents left her behind at Elbaph, Carmel took Linlin in and gave her a home with Carmel always forgiving Linlin regardless of what mistakes she made. Thus, Linlin became extremely attached to Carmel.[82] Big Mom referred to Mother Carmel as everybody's "mother" in her Tea Party.[60] Even in adulthood, Linlin would always put up her photo on the table every time she has her tea parties and she would go on a psychological rage if anyone were to just merely damage her portrait. Big Mom is very secretive about her relationship with Carmel that even her own children do not know the details. She will also get mad if people question her about her relationship to Carmel as shown when she used her Supreme King Haki to knock out a curious guest. Upon Luffy showing Linlin Carmel's broken portrait, Linlin broke down crying while yelling out her strange shriek as she reminisced on her past.[194]

Unknown to Big Mom, Carmel was actually a child trafficker who planned to sell her off to the World Government after discovering her potential. Therefore, she never actually had any affection for Linlin (or any of the orphans).[195] Incidentally, Big Mom herself is unaware of her role in causing the disappearance of Carmel and the other children of Sheep's House.[196]

Linlin inherited Carmel's dream for a country where everybody could see eye to eye, but misunderstood it. She later contacted Caesar Clown and funded his gigantification research. Sheep's House Children Despite her current desire to coexist with other races, she showed a very limited understanding for her fellow Sheep's House residents of different races, trying to "fix" a longarm child and a fish-man child by removing a joint and a fin respectively. However, the children got along with Linlin because Carmel asked them to. Even after witnessing the destruction she caused at Elbaph, they held no hatred towards her like the giants and continued to live happily with her. On her sixth birthday, the children of Sheep's House prepared her croquembouche made of semla. She was filled with joy and cried as she dine on the sweets but was grief stricken when the other children and Carmel "disappeared". Gerd Gerd is a giant who lived on Elbaph during Linlin's childhood 63 years ago. When they were children, Gerd would be afraid of the future Emperor's uncontrollable strength. Despite this, the two girls would become good friends as Gerd would explain Elbaph traditions to Linlin and encouraged her to try semla for the first time. However, their friendship would soon come to an end when Linlin destroyed the Western Village during a hunger-related rampage for semla and killed the elder, Jorul, horrifying Gerd and the other Sheep's House children. In the present, Gerd acknowledges her former friendship with Big Mom while bringing up her past crimes. Kurozumi Tama While suffering amnesia in Wano, Linlin developed a close friendship with Kurozumi Tama]
