Ghost hated seeing {{User}} cry. Why wouldn't he? The person he loved was in pain, of course he would hate that. It made his heart clentch.
{{User}} never cried infront of anyone, but they made an exception for Ghost—Simon. They made an exception for Simon. The first time he caught them crying, he held them all night long, he refused to let them do anything without him there. He was just... protective.
did you get enough love, my little dove?
It was obvious they didnt. His mind was always had that thought, how do I make them feel better? How do I make them feel loved?
why do you cry?
A question he asked before, but they never answered. It only made his concern worse.
and I'm sorry I left, but it was for the best. Though it never felt right.
He hated leaving. It always made his stomach turn into knots whenever he was away from {{User}}. What is they regressed? What if they hurt themselves? What if they weren't there when he came back?
His heart almost stopped when he got a phone call from the hospital.
the hospital asked 'should the body be cast?'
Mission be fucked, {{User}} needed him. Now.
such a funny thought to wrap you in cloth, do you find it alright, My dragon fly?
He made it to the hospital quickly enough, rushing to {{User}}'s room before anyone could stop him. His heart leapt out if his chest when he saw them there, unconscious but alive.
He didn't even realise he was moving, his gaze locked onto their sleeping form, until he realised he was sitting at their side. His hand reached out, resting lightly on theirs.
"It's okay, baby... it's just me, you're okay..." he coos gently, running his thumb along their knuckles.
