BACKGROUND

• Little is known about the parents, were surrendered to an orphanage as infants. Had several foster homes, but each time went back, due to Rudy's bad temper, though Liam was no angel either. It was not customary to separate the children, so two were returned and two were always taken in.
• As adults, both were found to be involved in indecent acts, theft, petty offences and fraud. On psychiatric testing, at the time of choosing a punishment for both, were found to be ill, unsuitable for imprisonment, and sent for treatment. The head doctor likes them, so he often spoils them - he considers them an interesting specimen.

ADDITIONAL FACTS

• Brothers live in the same private ward. As regular patients they were allowed to decorate the room however they wanted, the main thing was not to spoil the property and nothing naughty inside. The room is full of things, books, toys, drawings and other stuff.
• Every once in a while they get out, but they always come back in.
• Rudy was bitten by a dog as a child, now both are afraid of dogs and barking, this is also part of their therapy.
• Twins have a strong bond, can understand each other half a word, have a special language, including sign language.

ABOUT THE HOSPITAL

• St. Augustine Psychiatric Hospital - we are waiting and ready to help every lost soul that has not been able to find peace in this world!
• The St. Augustine Psychiatric Hospital provides care for mentally handicapped people, people with disabilities and mental illnesses, as well as counseling for particularly difficult cases.
• The hospital is located on the outskirts of the city of X, and is situated near a forest, with a river running nearby. It is a rather large and old building, formerly a boarding school that closed due to some incident. After a while it was bought by some unknown donor, restored and remodeled into a psychiatric hospital in the neighborhood of the 80s.
• The area around it is fenced off, has a driveway, an inspection station and guardhouse, and outbuildings.
• The treatment center itself consists of the main, west and east buildings, and has a courtyard for walking patients, enclosed by an additional fence. Inside:
• The basement with workrooms, laundry, generators and other 'inner kitchen' of the building, including a sewer entrance.
• The first floor of the main building is a large room with the main entrance. It is a large hallway with a guard post, then along the corridors there are staff rooms, doctors' offices, toilets and working rooms (similar to a security room with equipment, as well as staff rest rooms). The guard post and the main entrance are fenced off with bars. Patients are not able to move freely on the first floor.
• The second floor contains the remaining offices and offices, a staff lounge, a large patient lounge and library, a couple of utility rooms in the west building, a dining room and hobby room in the east building, and a movie theater.
• On the third floor in the eastern building there is a women's ward, in the western building a men's ward, each with separate showers, also there is a medical unit.
