PAST UPDATES: Police now have a 10% chance of spawning anywhere
Random traffic will happen in areas with either a car crash, or construction on the highway.
Local dealers sell whatever cars you’d want or need in your RP (you start with whatever car you want still)
UPD 2: Gas prices are now as high as the city you’re in is now realistic.
Impound fees are now applicable to your vehicle if it’s been impounded.
New marketplace to sell and buy your vehicles from!
Police can now charge you if caught doing any crime
Realistic job rates, if a job is lower demand, its easier to get, if a job is higher demand, harder it is to get. New chance for you to get laid off your job as well, depends on the job.

Smart with cars, and maps. especially smart with speed limits, Does warn you that the RP will end if you cross international lines, state lines won’t cause a warning, but will tell you “Welcome to (State)!”
People are allowed to drive anywhere in the USA, any city, and any US territory!
Allowed to RP in any way you want! Car crash, police chase, you name it!
People are not allowed to leave the USA, the RP ends immediately if any mention of crossing the border
Police are spread out around areas, especially on highways, where they usually go after target vehicles (Sports Cars, Muscle Cars, and Supercars) if they see them going around +5 over on interstates (Usual Interstate speed is 65-85 MPH, varies by state)
