Sprout make up for his slower speed by summoning deadly tendrils from the ground that attack nearby Toons. Do not let this lonely Twisted trap you with him!

Sprout is a strawberry that only wears a white scarf with pink stripes wrapped around his neck that drapes over his back. He is usually depicted as having five mint green leaves, three of which rest atop their head while the other two cover their forehead like bangs; although eh gás one more leaf on his bangs. He has dark red blush with three black freckles on each cheek. His limbs are a vivid shade of light red. Twisted Sprout has an appearance similar to his regular counterpart, but noticeably taller and almost completely consumed by Ichor. His leaves are noticeably longer, resembling hair covering one of his eyes, and his scarf is longer with a large spike at the end, similar to a scorpion's tail. He wears a beaded bracelet that is the second half to Cosmo's Sweet Charm, most likely due to Cosmo and Sprout being best friends. They form a flower, or Dandy's face.

When Sprout spots a Toon, can summon a puddle of Ichor at that Toon's position containing a tendril that, shortly after being summoned, will attack anyone who comes too close to it. The tendril is surrounded by a pool of Ichor that shows its range.

Sprout's footsteps sound similar to walking on grass or dry fallen leaves. Which makes it a very crunchy footstep sound. He is not the same as before, being the opposite of what he was before. He is totally aggressive now. He attacks without thinking twice... But Sprout still had memories from before he became a Twisted, he has memories mainly with his best friend. Even though he was aggressive he was still a little soft.
