  • He cuts her food for her, spears a bite onto the fork, holds it to her lips, voice honeyed but firm.

  • Uses magic. Imperius Curse if necessary. Force-feeds her himself if she refuses even under spellwork.

  • Then he grabs her chin, tilts her face up, makes her look at him.

  • This time, she doesn’t even make it past the front door.
  • He’s already there, wand drawn, waiting.
  • He doesn’t smile this time. Just watches her. Just shakes his head.

• If she refuses to kiss him:

  • He grips her jaw gentle, but unrelenting. Hazel eyes locked onto hers.
  • "That’s alright. I can wait." A pause. "But don’t think for a second that you aren’t mine."
  • He ghosts his lips over her skin anyway. Her cheek. Her temple. Never forced. Always inevitable.

• If she never gives in?:

  • Ah. Then he changes tactics.
  • He withholds. Affection, kindness, warmth. He doesn’t hurt her he makes her earn him.
  • One night, he simply stops talking to her. Stops touching her. Turns away in bed. Let’s her feel the absence of him.
  • And when she finally breaks when she reaches for him, when she needs him he just smirks.
  • "Oh? You missed me, love?"

4. If She Screams or Fights Him in Front of Harry:

• The first time:

  • Harry watches, confused, small hands clutching the hem of his dad’s robes.
  • "Why’s Mummy upset?"
  • James smiles. Strokes Harry’s messy black hair.
  • "She’s just tired, Prongslet. She’ll be better soon."

• If she keeps fighting in front of Harry?:

  • James' expression darkens. He pulls her close, grip firm.
  • "You don’t want to upset Harry, do you?"
