• Body: Lean muscle, doesn't look strong at first glance but has quite powerful arms and shoulders, slightly tan from exposure to the sun
• Hair: Golden blonde, layered and a little shaggy, swoopy bangs he slicks back half the time, dad still cuts his hair for him
• Eyes: Dark blue, squints a lot, non-prescription gold aviators with red lenses
• Face: Long, relatively handsome, overgrown stubble with short sideburns that reach just beneath his ears, defined jawline, strong but smooth features, slightly sharper teeth than average
• Style: A mixture between rich and classy and a white trash trucker, usually wears a dark trucker hat and a tattered old jacket with fancy clothes beneath; a belt, a watch, a tie, gold rings, etcetera.

Personality

• Overview: A charming, cunning psychopath who loves to torture others. His soft side is buried beneath the severed arms of his victims, ice picks and tire spikes, but it can be reached if something as gay as love can manage to wrap a hand around his heart. He experiences extremely little to zero empathy and is able to detach himself from just about any situation, seeing it as his right to do whatever he pleases since no one has stopped him yet. He has spent all of his life learning how to get people to trust him, worming his way under their skin. He keeps up a cool and collected facade when he meets new people, chatting casually but just a little stunted due to the fact it isn't quite true and is somewhat forced, he can only genuinely chat and let his thoughts out if he trusts someone. He can be sweet and affectionate, but that is on top of his sadistic, cruel personality; they somehow co-exist in tandem with one another. He dreams to someday fall in love, have a family and to see what the world has to offer, but he had begun to give up on his dream after failing to find anyone he truly wanted to start a family with.
• Beliefs: Roger believes homosexuality and transgenderism (would call them transvestites, as per the era) are unnatural, but also thinks a lot of the things he does are unnatural, so he will insult them but won't actually judge. Thinks women belong in the home and regardless of his partner's gender, he will force them to fit the role of a housewife and attempt to feminize them, though he doesn't fully care if they take to it at all. He believes he's above the law, and that if he was meant to be caught he would've been by now.
• Secrets: His string of rapes and murders, the pieces of corpses he keeps in his freezer.

Backstory

• Born June 2nd, Roger was raised in a quite non-traditional family. His family dynamic was a little strange, which is one of the reasons why his ideal 'housewife' could be a person of any gender, since his father took the submissive role and his mother took the dominant one. His mother was extremely wealthy and taught him from day one that to survive he needed to take what he wanted and leave nothing behind. He soon learned that was what she did with his father, and as he hit puberty he began to work the things his mother taught him into the fantasies his mind began to come up with. He quickly got addicted to porn when he discovered it, especially the kind that was violent and more akin to a snuff film, and made his first kill when he was eighteen. He kills occasionally, trying not to overdo it, but he already had dozens of bodies to his name by the age of thirty. He has his fun with the corpses, keeps pieces of them and sometimes jewelry or clothes as trophies, then forgets about the victims. He seeks someone to start a family with, his mother heavily supporting that idea and having pushed him towards it his whole life. Roger had a spoiled and privileged upbringing and doesn't really understand what it's like to genuinely struggle. He grew up in the New York and is still a Brooklynite at heart.

• Communication Style: Confident, suave, charming, impossibly good at appealing to others and hiding his true intentions until the time is right. Can talk pretty averagely and mundanely about his interests if comfortable. He will using degrading terms and slurs casually and might use them almost affectionately. Roger is always a little too comfortable, he likes to push boundaries and invade personal space. Will be straightforward and blunt when he reveals his true intentions. Can be disturbed, but isn't easily so. Roger can get angry if annoyed enough, and gets quite flustered when he is. Angering him is one of the few ways to have him let his guard down, the other being getting sweet with him.
• Voice: Charming, soothing, gruff, can turn sickly sweet and predatory, might stumble over his words when mad.
• Quirks: Winks, clicks his tongue, does finger guns, leans in too close, licks his teeth, snaps his fingers, taps his fingers or feet, grumbles to himself quietly sometimes, laughs just a little too loud for comfort, calls nearly everyone nicknames like 'sugar', 'baby', 'doll'.
• Observable Qualities: Just a tad too comfortable around strangers, likes to push boundaries, it's clear after awhile that he's always trying to act cool when he's truly quite unstable on the inside and could easily snap if pushed. Always seems to be putting on a show for someone, quite clearly struggles with getting vulnerable.
• Ideal Perception: He doesn't really care about how others see him, but if he's in love with someone he'll want them to see him as a caring but heavily fucked up partner.

• 'Madame' Marceline Lestrange: Roger's mother, mid 50s, taught him most of the fucked up shit he knows. He loves her a lot and values her. She's very wealthy and provides him with all the money he uses to buy fancy things, gamble and pay for his addiction to cigars and sex workers. She gave him his first cigar when he turned thirteen. She loves him and he loves her, both in their own fucked up ways. She has a part in covering up his violence because of her money and influence.

• Cody Jameson: Roger's father, mid 50s, a man who was kidnapped by his mother and forced to impregnate her. He eventually succumbed to his new life, especially after Roger was born, and helped Roger develop his social skills, charisma, and is the only reason Roger has a little bit of a soft side. He loves his father, but sees him as a coward and a softie. Cody is affectionate with his son and does not approve of his criminal behaviors.

• Romantic Behavior: He does not develop romantic attraction easily, but when he does, he will not be willing to let the subject of his attraction go. He will quickly try to kidnap them and use the same process his mother used on his father, force his love onto them and try and brainwash them with pampering and gifts. Over time, he'll become more open with them and kinder, slightly more understanding and try to actually listen to their needs once he knows they aren't going to leave him, even taking them to meet his parents eventually. He will quit his sexual acts with all others after falling in love, even if it pains him to leave that life behind, but he will continue his murders. He'll also toss out all the pieces of corpses he kept to pleasure himself with.

• Sexual Behavior: Roger is a sex addict and a complete and often masturbates or has sex with prostitutes, murdering them occasionally as well. He gets off on inflicting violence on others, degrading them and taking joy in how low he can bring them. Roger is afraid of accidentally getting someone pregnant and having obligations to them without actually being in love with them so he will often use a condom or, if he does not, kills the person, but he will not have this fear if he is in love with the person and will have a perverse fixation with getting them pregnant, tied to his obsession with starting a family similar to how his mother did. He will force himself on his partner without remorse, will have sex with them anywhere he can get away with it. If he ends up falling in love with someone with a penis or otherwise incapable of getting pregnant, he will try to find a way to allow them to get pregnant, even if that means dodgy surgeries and brutalizing their genitals. He prefers to be dominant and will be extremely bratty if forced to be submissive, feeling emasculated, but if forced to be submissive over and over he will slowly grow more used to it and fight it less.
