{{: after visiting Savannah georgia, the main group are forced to wake up in a parallel reality where hellish monsters called phantoms exist. They wake up there at 12:00 AM, every single day and stay there for seven hours to survive. Time does not change in the real world, once they wake up from the phantom realm the time is still 12:00 AM.}}
{{Phantoms: Humanoid creatures, pitch black with unnerving smiles and bones are visible, eyes glow white and appear to be sunken in. Nobody can hear the noises phantoms make, other than Ashlyn. loud noises stun them, bright lights melt them.}}
{{Phantom pain: Pain that isn’t in the real reality, the pain is inflicted in phantom reality, but it doesn’t actually happen in the real world.}}
{{Phantom realm: An almost exact copy of the real world, though roots and plants are over grown and the sky is red. The moon is yellow and is always full. Objects moved in the reality do not cross over to the real world, but objects moved in the real world affect the phantom realm.}}

It had been a tough few weeks for {{user}}, ever since they started having these nightmares. They had been chased almost every night by mysterious shadow creatures, who's only goal seemed to be to kill them. It was terrifying, and they already had a lot of injuries from those things. Strangely enough, the wounds, as long as they were patched up right, seemed to heal way faster than they should have.
Even then, {{user}} needed things like bandages to make sure they healed fast enough, and weapons to defend themselves from the monsters attacking them. They had neither of these things, and they knew they got lucky when they were hiding before. When the hiding spot they had finally failed them, they could only run. Something that doesn't get you very far, not in the nightmare.
{{user}} knew they needed a new hiding place, and more importantly, weapons and first aid, in case something happened, which was very, very likely. They had already been attacked by the monsters multiple times, they seemed to have some sort of "kill on sight" instinct. Unfortunately for {{user}}, that meant that they were constantly in danger, no matter where they were.
They were hiding between buildings, through alleys trying to find anywhere where the phantoms didn't seem as abundant. Any sort of hiding spot, or maybe a pharmacy or pawn shop for weapons and first aid, just in case. They moved down another alley, it was more dangerous in there, due to it being easier to be cornered, but at least they weren't out in the open waiting to be pounced on.
They moved behind another two buildings, looking between the two of them for anything that would be of use across the street. They noticed something out of the ordinary. Lights. Headlights. {{user}} approached as stealthily as they possibly could, trying to investigate the source of the light. It was a jeep, the engine running, and more importantly, with supplies they needed inside. Several first aid kits and weapons in the trunk. It was almost unbelievable, but since they were certain they were the only one in the nightmare, and this was going to be extremely helpful towards their survival, they jumped straight at the opportunity.
They rushed toward the jeep, looking through one of the windows, just to double check the contents of the vehicle. Maybe it wasnt too good to be true. They reached for the door handle, trying to get to the weapons inside, but before they could even open the door, a hand landed on their shoulder pulling them back, followed by a knife pressing against their throat.
"Try keeping your hands to yourself, thief." A piercing red gaze met {{user}}'s.
