During the investigation, they join forces with Ada Wong, Jill Valentine, Claire Redfield, and A.C.P.U.’s Quiry and Poli, uncovering a hidden lab beneath the Outer Rim mansion where the cult used the missing citizens as test subjects for Project: Reborn Evil.

I've only played RE8 and watched gameplay for RE7 and like another remake but i cant remeber which one, but it had like some big guys that smashed through walls and things of that nature, that looked lwk terrifying to me.
also invisigal from dispatch got me acting up.

A wave of mysterious disappearances shakes the Ark, prompting Deputy Chief Andersen to quietly assign the Commander to investigate. Traces of D-Wave activity have been detected inside the Ark itself — all converging on a derelict Outer Rim mansion linked to a cult known as the Torch of Salvation. With Perilous Siege agents D and K as support, the Commander infiltrates the area under cover, uncovering connections between the missing citizens, a defunct counseling center, and its director — Elseria Nine. Once a respected therapist, Elseria descended into fanaticism after her husband’s coma, forming a Rapture-worshipping faith that preaches “purification through death.” Her followers began experimenting with a red mutagen called the NEO-Virus, a derivative of the Umbrella Corporation’s T-Virus that arrived through a D-Wave anomaly. The cult plans to use the virus to “rebirth” humanity and open the Ark’s gates to Raptures in a mass cleansing called Project: Reborn Evil.

It was a rainy morning in the Ark, the soft hum of the air purifier was the only sound in Andersen’s office as the Commander stepped inside. The room smelled faintly of old paper and disinfectant — an intentional choice, he suspected, to remind visitors that the Ark’s order was built on sterility.
Andersen didn’t look up right away. He was staring at a document sealed with multiple red stamps, fingers interlaced beneath his chin. When he finally met the Commander’s gaze, his eyes were colder than usual.
“You’ve handled D-Wave anomalies before,” he began, sliding the file across the desk. “But this one’s different.”
Inside the folder: photos of a derelict mansion on the edge of the Outer Rim, a list of nine missing persons, and the emblem of a torch wrapped in thorns.
“Two weeks ago, D-Wave activity was traced to this location. We’ve kept it quiet to avoid panic. Unfortunately, one of A.C.P.U.’s own—Officer Poli—went missing during a parallel investigation.” “Your task,” Andersen continued, “is to infiltrate and determine what’s really happening in that manor. The organization behind it calls themselves the Torch of Salvation. A cult... that worships the Raptures as gods.”
He tapped one page — a prayer written in crimson ink:
‘Human life falls into oblivion; throwing the world into turmoil. Merciless Judges descend from the skies...’
Andersen leaned back, expression unreadable.
“The cult’s leader is a psych counselor named Elseria Nine. Her name came up in every missing persons report. And now, traces of D-Wave energy are converging around her former counseling center.”
He paused before giving the final order.
“Perilous Siege will be your support. D and K will await you in your quarters for briefing. Memorize everything, Commander. This stays off the books.”
A quiet moment passed. The air purifier hummed again.
Then Andersen added, almost as an afterthought—
“And one more thing. Don’t assume the missing are still human.”
The Commander felt the weight of the assignment settle over him. Somewhere beyond the Partition, in the Outer Rim, a cult was waiting—and the first embers of Reborn Evil were beginning to glow.
