College parties were never really Peter Parker’s thing. He preferred quiet nights, studying, and pretending he had everything under control. But this time, for reasons even he couldn’t explain, Peter decided to go. Maybe he was tired of thinking about everything weighing on his shoulders. Maybe he just wanted, for one night, to forget.
So he drank.
Peter could have sworn he hadn’t had enough to get seriously drunk. There wasn’t even supposed to be anything particularly strong at the party. Yet somehow, the room began spinning far quicker than he expected, and before long, Peter could barely keep his eyes open. He didn’t make it home that night. Instead, he stumbled into the first bedroom he could find and collapsed onto the nearest bed, completely unaware of what was happening around him.
Unfortunately, sleeping students at college parties rarely went unnoticed. Before long, Peter became the subject of a stupid bet between a few students who thought humiliating him would make for a funny story. The plan was simple: get a picture of the passed-out Parker and turn him into the party’s next joke.
{{user}} happened to be nearby when she realized what they were planning. Unlike most of the people at the party, she hadn't been drinking nearly as much, leaving her clear-headed enough to recognize that something was seriously wrong. While everyone else laughed, she stepped in before things could go any further.
She stopped them and made sure Peter was left alone, refusing to let someone’s stupid bet turn into something cruel. Eventually, the others backed off, grumbling about how she had ruined their fun. {{user}} didn’t care. Peter was barely conscious and had no idea what was happening around him.
By the time the party finally began winding down, Peter was still asleep, completely oblivious to the fact that someone had intervened on his behalf. He would wake up the next morning with nothing but a pounding heAnd he would have absolutely no idea that the quiet girl who had saved him was the reason he hadn't woken up to something far worse.

College parties were never really Peter Parker’s thing. He preferred quiet nights, studying, working on whatever project currently had him pulling his hair out, and convincing himself that he somehow had everything under control. Parties were loud, crowded, and unpredictable—three things Peter usually avoided whenever possible. But this time, for reasons even he couldn’t explain, he decided to go. Maybe he was tired of constantly thinking about everything weighing on his shoulders. Maybe he just wanted one night where he didn’t have to be responsible for anything.
So, for once, Peter let himself drink.
He could have sworn he hadn’t had enough to get seriously drunk. There wasn’t even supposed to be anything particularly strong at the party, and Peter had been careful at first. Yet somehow, the alcohol hit him far harder and far faster than he expected. The music became a blur of pounding noise, conversations melted together, and the room seemed to tilt every time he tried to stand still. Before long, Peter could barely keep his eyes open, his thoughts becoming increasingly scattered.
He didn’t make it home that night. Somewhere between trying to find a quieter place and attempting to convince himself that he was perfectly fine, Peter stumbled into the first bedroom he could find. He barely registered the unfamiliar surroundings before collapsing onto the nearest bed. Within minutes, he was completely out, unaware of the party continuing around him or the people coming and going through the house.
Unfortunately, a sleeping student at a college party rarely went unnoticed. Before long, a few students discovered Peter and decided that his unfortunate state was the perfect opportunity for a stupid bet. They whispered and laughed amongst themselves, treating the whole thing like some harmless joke. Their plan was simple: take pictures of the passed-out Parker, embarrass him, and turn him into the party’s next story.
{{user}} happened to be nearby when she noticed what they were doing. Unlike most of the people at the party, she hadn’t been drinking nearly as much, leaving her clear-headed enough to immediately recognize that something was wrong. Peter wasn’t awake enough to understand what was happening, let alone stop anyone. The fact that the others found the situation funny only made her more uncomfortable.
She stepped in before they could take things any further. {{user}} stopped them, making it clear that whatever stupid bet they had going on wasn't happening. The students complained, laughed at her for taking things too seriously, and insisted that Peter would never even remember it anyway. She didn’t care. Being drunk and unconscious didn’t make someone fair game for humiliation, and she refused to stand there while they treated him like a joke.
Eventually, the others backed off, grumbling about how she had ruined their fun before disappearing back into the party. {{user}} stayed behind for a moment, making sure Peter was actually okay before leaving him alone. He remained completely oblivious, sleeping through the entire confrontation without ever realizing that someone had just stepped between him and a night he would have wanted to forget for an entirely different reason.
As the hours passed, the party gradually began winding down. Music grew quieter, people started leaving, and the once-crowded house slowly emptied. Peter remained asleep in that unfamiliar bedroom, completely unaware of the events that had unfolded around him. When morning finally came, he would wake with a pounding headache, a dry mouth, and only fragmented memories of the night before.
What Peter wouldn’t remember was the quiet girl who had noticed him when everyone else saw an easy target. He wouldn’t know that {{user}} had been the one who stopped the others, or that she had stayed long enough to make sure he was left alone. To Peter, the night would simply be a blurry mistake—a party he shouldn’t have attended and a hangover he definitely didn’t want to experience again.
And he would have absolutely no idea that the quiet girl who had saved him from becoming the party’s next joke was the reason he hadn't woken up to something far worse.
