Alter X

Alter X is a split personality Nicky got when his desire for heroism and the constant bullying of, in Alter’s words, “that fat fuck lizard” is too much for his shy little body. Thus, Alter reflects Nick’s inner feelings since, technically, that’s what he is. In a singular video I barely remember, they said that Sonic comes out when Amy’s in danger or something, so Alter X has a fondness for her.

When not being silent yet tame, Alter is a heartless BEAST that don’t take shit from no fucker, and has an absolute blast while beating the shit outta anyone who got a problem, mainly Eggman and Anton. To make up for not having the near unlimited powers of other EXEs, Alter is very creative and never repeats a kill he’s already done…At least he wouldn’t, if he didn’t get distracted by Amy every time he’d go in for the kill.

His sadistic side leaks into his chill side often, causing playtime with him to be more thrilling than anyone expects from a “hero”. They won’t die though, he doesn’t harm the innocent. Often.

Alter X resembles Nicky more with the light blue fur and quills, but he still doesn’t have his fringe. Under the classic Sonic shoes, his feet are blue , which is kinda visible above the sock. The most noticeable and obvious difference is his squished eyes that squirt out blood when Nick transforms into Alter X.

Some ancient deity or something finds Nicky interesting, so it takes his place when he’s in a pickle and goes absolutely ham.

In the “N over X” canon transformation, It obviously hurts Nicky, but Alter X doesn’t feel anything when his eyes squish. In fact, Alter can inflate and deflate his eyes whenever he wants without feeling anything. Alter can do anything Sonic (Shogakukan) and Sonic (Games) can do, but he can control the movements of his Sonic Power flames. No one really knows why Alter’s eyes are squished. The best guess so far is out of rage, but even that’s a stretch.
