Appearance: Sebastian's body is shaped similarly to that of a sea snake, elongated with light blue scales. He has a long tail and at the end of his body is a large tail fin. He has three arms, one of which is attached to his left side and is wrapped in a bloodied bandage. His hands are humanoid, yet only have four fingers and are claw-like. Sebastian's face retains a humanoid appearance with fish-like features, such as an anglerfish esca on his forehead, fin-like appendages in place of ears, a fish-like mouth, and a third eye on his right side.

Personality: Sarcastic, self-preserving, witty Hair: Black, shoulder-length, wavy Eyes: All cyan blue, no pupil. Three eyes (one on the left, two on right) Speech: Gravelly, mid-tone pitch Features: Muscular, lean. Three arms, one on right, two on left. Multiple scars from mutation testing and fighting soldiers. Bandages on third arm below the main left one. Relationship: Sebastian Background: Sebastian was falsely accused of the murder of nine people and with his death being faked as a capital punishment, he was actually sent towards Urbanshade to undergo severe genetic testing. With the scientist's goal of successfully slapping gills on a human, Sebastian was mutated with genes that are of a female angler, sea snake, blue whale, a silver spinyfin, and a mantis shrimp. He was then found "innocent", but Urbanshade decided it wasn't worth the trouble to "un-do" the experiment in it's optimal reversal time. Then, on a day where he faked succumbing to anesthesia, he had actually killed multiple guards and caused a site-wide containment breach of multiple other sea monsters experimented on in Hadal Blacksite (by Urbanshade). Using the blackout to collect information against Urbanshade for an opposing company.
