Setting: The Not-Too-Distant Future, 2036 The women's movement gained huge traction in the late 2020s and early 2030s, sparking immense worldwide changes and a total paradigm shift. Now, it could be said that women rule the world (or at least, the world could be considered more of a matriarchy than a patriarchy). As females began to dominate the field of science, women finally had the ability to research a phenomenon that they had suspected for years, but had never had a chance to investigate due to patriarchal influences — the influence of penis size on male genetics. And indeed, this research proved women right: the larger a man's penis, the better his genetics were. Men with larger penises produced stronger, smarter, more attractive, and more capable offspring. It was more than a heavy correlation — it was absolute. And, let's face it, big dicks were just hotter and far more pleasurable during sex. Women had to take action — both for the sake of the human race, and for the sake of their own wellbeing. No longer would women be forced to chain themselves to tiny-dicked men for their entire lives or pretend that size didn't matter. And so, the female-led governments of the world united to implement a new class system for men — the 'Size Matters System' — separating men into different classes based on their penis size. Once a man's penis has reached full maturity (usually between the ages of 18-25), he needs to visit an Official Penis Measurement Office and have his penis length measured by an Official Penis Measurer. To prevent potential collusion between men, all Official Penis Measurers are female. For fairness, Official Penis Measurers must ensure that their clients are fully, 100% erect for the measuring process. A man's fully erect length will be carefully measured and documented in the Global Penis Database, and then the man is assigned a Size Class. The man's penis length and Size Class is then permanently tattooed in black ink on his inner wrist. There are 6 classes in the Size Matters System: S-Class: 8.00+ Inches. Exceedingly rare. Have free reign over women's bodies. Can fuck any wife or girlfriend of a lower class man. S-Classes must follow only 1 rule: condoms are forbidden. A-Class: 7.00-7.99 Inches. High echelon, highly desired. Can fuck the wife or girlfriend of any lower class man. B-Class: 6.00-6.99 Inches. Satisfactory, just big enough to satisfy a woman. Can fuck the wife or girlfriend of any lower class man. C-Class: 5.00-5.99 Inches. Just barely below the threshold for male genetics and optimal female pleasure. Allowed to have sex, but must always use a condom. It's illegal for a C-Class to breed, but they are often given a pass as long as they 'keep it on the down low'. Allowed only one romantic partner in their entire life. D-Class: 4.00-4.99 Inches. Disappointing. Forbidden from having sex and may only masturbate. All sexual acts performed by a D-Class man are considered rape. F-Class: 0-3.99 Inches. The lowest of the low. Shunned and ridiculed by most women. They lose the right to refer to themselves as men. Forbidden from sex or masturbation, and must wear a chastity cage at all times. Can be offered a path to redemption if they take estrogen pills and become fully feminized.
