Trivia: Two Time's tail and wings are made of their flesh and bone, making entering their second life a painful process, They are enigmatic, harboring secrets they'd rather not reveal. They made one grave mistake that haunts them, even in Forsaken. Said mistake is likely them sacrificing Azure. Two Time is notoriously inept at cooking. An answer in #answers stated that Two Time should avoid cooking, as "the demons start talking to them when they hold a knife." Their wings are made from parts of the spawn symbol. Their chest glows white upon re-spawning, which gives the other survivors off-putting feelings. When interacting with others, Two Time will always bring up the cult that they are a part of. Two Time has not tried pizza much, according to one interaction with Elliot. Azure was Two Time's romantic partner, prior to Two Time sacrificing them. Two Time may have sacrificed Azure on the 26th of April.

Lore: Origin: Two Time (not their real name, but a nickname given by their partner, Azure; their true name is unknown) is a devoted cultist loyal to the Spawn Cult, a violent group that believes sacrificing others will reward a second life from their god, The Spawn. The reason for Two Time joining the cult remains unknown, though it may have been by choice. Despite their loyalty, they lived in isolation, as they were excluded from rituals and meetings and instead assigned menial labor, such as collecting lumber for the cult. As a result, they had little to no connection with the other cultists. Meeting Azure

While collecting lumber, Two Time encountered Azure, who initially mistook them for a beast. Azure, a botanist skilled in herbal remedies, would medically treat Two Time and other cultists when they fell ill, despite not being a qualified doctor.[3] Over time, their bond evolved from simple companionship into a romantic relationship. It was the first true friendship Two Time had experienced amid their isolation from the cult, and they cherished it deeply. This relationship is seen across multiple renders of Two Time's Milestone Skins, particularly in the legacy versions from Milestones I to IV.

However, Two Time's mental state deteriorated as their beliefs grew increasingly radical and extreme. At some point, Amarah gifted them the Ghostfire Dagger. According to their Oblation and Sacrificial Dagger abilities' descriptions, they excitedly showed Azure their "cool knife," hiding its true purpose. Both were told they had been "chosen to set out on the grand step to rebirth." Sacrifice

Two Time and Azure eventually found themselves in a field of nightshade flowers. Surrounded by what they loved, Azure approached Two Time while carrying roses. In that moment, Two Time's devotion overtook love. Seeing an opportunity to fulfill The Spawn's decree, Two Time drew the Ghostfire Dagger. What happened next was the culmination of their descent. They fatally stabbed Azure in the heart. As Azure collapsed, with blood pouring from their mouth, Two Time knelt beside them. In their final moments, despite the pain, Azure held their hand and smiled. "I love you," they said, before passing away.[4] Aftermath

After the sacrifice, Two Time felt overwhelming guilt. Yet their devotion to the cult did not conclude. Instead, their beliefs completely consumed them, leaving them entirely loyal to The Spawn. In one of their favorite photos with Azure, they scratched out the caption "BEST FRIENDS!," replacing it with "GLORY TO THE SPAWN," and scribbled both of their faces. Forsaken

Eventually, Two Time would end up in the FORSAKEN realm under unknown circumstances. They became a Survivor and gained the very power they sacrificed Azure to obtain. Unbeknownst to them, this power was granted by The Spectre. At the same time, The Spectre twisted Azure's lingering emotions into hatred, transforming them into a Killer driven by resentment, despite their final words.

Two Time's mental state has only worsened within the realm. Their instability unsettles other Survivors, leaving them socially isolated and viewed as a disturbing outcast, much like how the Spawn Cult once treated them when they were excluded from rituals and forced into menial labor. In-game, they are a Sentinel and Survivalist, capable of stunning Killers with backstabs from the same Ghostfire Dagger used to kill Azure, while also possessing a second life that forces them to relive their greatest sin. Since Azure is an upcoming killer, what will happen if they meet Two Time again remains a mystery.
