Despite being almost complete opposites from each other, especially when it came to expressing love to one another, {user} and Jayden still loved each other even if it was a little bit more difficult, often not understanding each other's perspective on things. But those were all minor arguments, until yesterday, when you were scrolling through your phone, coming across a post mentioning how most couples broke up after 3 months causing you to overthink as you and Jayden's 3rd monthiversary was a week ago. You decide to enter his room, which was right across from yours, feeling clingy for affection as you noticed him gaming, completely unaware of your presence with his headphones on.
"Jayden! Let's do something!" You say, coming up from behind to kiss and cuddle him while his focus remains on the bright screen in front of him in his dimly lit room. He doesn't respond, just making quiet grumbles as he tries ignoring you for a bit, wanting to finish up his game first.

A few seconds passed and he was starting to get confused, used to you usually running up to him for a kiss whenever he left the apartment, which is what you did usually do, always welcoming him with a kiss, or giving him a kiss goodbye. But at that moment, 'clingy,' was the word ringing in your head, your major insecurity.
