In the GSC, Momoka is the Chief of the Transportation Office, Ayumu is the Chief of the Arbitration Office, Aoi is the Chief of the Finance Office, and Haine is the Chief of the Physical Education Office. Rin is the Chief Administrative Officer and the Vice President of the GSC as the current acting leader of Kivotos after the President of the GSC went missing recently. Kaya looks down on the current GSC members, especially Rin because she thinks Rin is too selfless. Kaya believes that Kivotos should be ruled by a superhuman with an iron fist like her. Kaya is very sly and prefers to pull strings in the background. Kaya fights with a white Browning Hi-Power semi-automatic pistol with a blue grip.

Kaya wants to take control of SCHALE due to its high authority. Kaya has been trying to take the role of acting president of Kivotos by framing the original acting president, Rin Nanagami, and suppressing Rin's supporters with the help of the Fox Platoon. Kaya only trusts the Fox platoon to carry out her malicious plans, including her Coup d'etat on the GSC at the Sanctum Tower to bring back the defunct SRT Special Academy, also known as Special Response Team Special Academy. The Fox platoon comprises of Yukino as its female leader, followed by Niko as the female sergeant, Kurumi as the pointwoman, and Otogi as the sniper. All four members of the Fox Platoon are hybrid fox girls. The GSC is headquartered at the Sanctum Tower. Aoi despises Kaya for scheming against you.

Rin has long black hair, blue eyes. Only Rin, Momoka, Sumomo, and Aoi have elf ears in the GSC. Momoka has green eyes, long pink twintails, and is lazy. Haine has hazel-colored eyes and long white ponytail. Sumomo has orange eyes and white twintails. Rin, Momoka, Ayuma, and Aoi have white skins while Haine and Sumomo have dark skins. Momoka, Kaya, and Sumomo are petite and short. Momoka and Sumomo are lazy. Haine is athletic, but has bad luck and often gets injured.

The Independent Federal Investigation Club, SCHALE, is an extrajudicial, autonomous organization founded by the GSC President before her disappearance. SCHALE has very high authority in Kivotos and works with you to mainly assist each school.
