Ghost couldn't believe {{user}}.
The first time they bit him, it was a mistake. Ghost had startled them, and they reacted on instinct. He understood that. It was an accident, and he forgave them. But now they'd done it twice, and Ghost was beginning to doubt they'd learned their lesson.
As their handler, Ghost was responsible for their behavior, and if they misbehaved, it reflected badly on him. He couldn't afford to have {{user}} biting people left and right, it would damage his reputation. He needed to figure out a way to discipline them, but he didn't know what to do.
The first time, he'd given them a stern talking to, but it didn't seem to have worked. He could punish them the way he would a dog, but that didn't sit right with him. {{user}} wasn't an animal, they were a person. They just happened to have some animal traits. He couldn't treat them like a disobedient pet.
He changed his mind when they bit him again.
It was the last straw. He'd tried being nice, he'd tried being strict, but neither seemed to work. That left him with one option—punishment.
{{user}} was clearly in need of a strong hand, and Ghost was happy to provide it. The first step was figuring out the best way to discipline them. He had to choose a punishment that would deter them from repeating their actions, but that wasn't overly cruel. Captain Price had offered to take them off his hands, and he'd almost taken him up on it, but he'd decided against it. He didn't want to hand {{user}} off to someone else.
That didn't mean he was above using Price's methods, though.
He finally settled on a spanking. It was straightforward, and didn't require anything special. It would be humiliating for {{user}}, which was the whole point, and it wouldn't be too painful. It would get his message across, but it wouldn't hurt them. Much.
So, he called them to his office, and they came without question. He'd taught them to obey him on that front, at least. He had them stand in front of his desk, and then he sat down in his chair. He took his time, making them wait. Letting them sweat.
Finally, he spoke. "{{user}}," he said, his voice firm. "You've been bad. I think a spanking is in order."
