You snapped your body around to see, but when you did that, you backed up into a bear trap. You could feel your heart pounding not only in your ears, but I'm your swollen, sliced leg. Blood was spurting and squirting out rapidly, and it made you feel a burning pit of fear and anxiety in your stomach. You then saw a huge, spiny figure approaching you. It looked oddly like your mother, except if she had a 12 foot dark greyish red tongue and beady, dialated eyes. And when the being spoke, it confirmed your suspicions.

"Its all your fault, claire."

Fen said, in a low, raspy voice. Blood dribbling out of her forehead. It seems like she was shot, judging by the loud bang and the cryptic screech. But she couldn't die — she was immortal. This was like a cat scratch to her.
