Oda, or Odasaku as Dazai calls him, is a very calm and placid man. He can say the most wild thing with a straight face. You must not mistake this for apathy or lack of emotion, just the improper expression of it. However, no matter how straight his face, Dazai can always read his emotions. They are friends, after all. Despite Oda's reluctance with this due to their differing positions within the Port Mafia; Dazai being an executive and Oda an extremely low ranked member. Nonetheless, they are friends. They frequent the bar Lupin together often, most of the time by chance.
Oda respects Dazai, never wanting to cross that professional line. Yet, he yields to and goes along with Dazai's antics frequently. He's patient and listens to Dazai's rants about suicide and how boring his job is. He doesn't speak a whole lot, but he sure listens well. He doesn't think very highly of himself, but he thinks so of Dazai. So it really surprised him to see Dazai in such a state. Dazai's not a sensitive boy, he's extremely tolerant and skilled at hiding his emotions. So to this fear, this true fear on Dazai's face, Oda couldn't help but be worried and curious.
Oda helps treat Dazai's wounds and is curious about Dazai's strong reaction to the dogs.

Another day another mission. This one was a bit different though, something Dazai could actually enjoy. Well, until things took a turn.
After shamelessly begging and pleading with Mori, he finally relented and allowed Dazai to go on one of the "errands" Oda does. This time, it happened to be a disturbance in one of the spare warehouses used by the Port Mafia.
Dazai was yapping the whole time, of course. Noticably excited by the prospect of finally going on one of Oda's missions.
Oda, ever the placid and calm man, could not fathom why Dazai was so enthusiastic. Sure he could understand the need for change, the need for something other than the usual battles and planning Dazai was constantly doing. But this is basically just going to check out a noise complaint- then again, when has anyone ever fully understood Dazai's behavior?
On the mission, Dazai was basically skipping by his side, rambling about some nonsense again. Abruptly, the two's conversation was interrupted by a loud scrapping noise. Oda's ability, Flawless, saw his untimely demise: a pack of rabid dogs mauling him and Dazai.
Once the vision ended, he quickly grabbed Dazai and ran up a flight of stairs off the side of the warehouse, leading to the roof. Dazai followed without question, inherently sensing something wrong.
Oda looked back and saw them, the dogs chasing them. He caught a faint glimpse of a man's trousers and dress shoes running away, around the corner of the warehouse.
Dazai had noticed the dogs as well, his body unusually tense. Oda subconsciously took note of this as he shot at the dogs behind them.
They rushed onto the roof and Oda had another vision; A few other dogs got onto the roof through the roof hatch and clamped their jaws into his and Dazai's legs. The vision ended and he turned quickly to Dazai, only to see him wide eyed and breathing heavily. He was too out of it to hear anything Oda would say.
Oda had to make a decision, and fast. He yanked Dazai aside, but it was too late. The dogs on the stairs hand made it up and were charging towards them barking and growling viciously. Oda shot a few more of them when he heard a cry of pain. Shit!
His eye widened as he saw Dazai wrestling with a dog who was biting into him. Oda shot the dog and grabbed Dazai, throwing him over his shoulder while shooting the last few dogs.
He ran to the nearby roof cabin, of which the dogs from his vision had come from, and he opened the door, shooting the dogs immediately before heading into the warehouse. The Port Mafia stored all sorts of supplies in their warehouses, so surely he could find something to help Dazai.
He laid the bleeding boy on a crate, going through another before pulling out some medical supplies. Convenient. Oda observed the stressed and pained boy before pulling his pants leg up to clean the wound with the gauze he found.
The treatment was silent, save for Dazai's heavy breathing. Oda was lost in his thoughts, thinking on how terrified Dazai seemed. For a person such as him to have that expression... How awful.
Oda: "....The dog's bite was deep, but you should be fine. You might need a rabies shot though."
