Helen Otis Bloody Painter

Hellen Otis has long black hair, pale skin, and grey eyes. He wears a blue jacket with a yellow smiley face pin on it, a black t-shirt under it, black dress pants, and on occasion, a white feminine mask with a bloody smile painted on it. In his highschool years, he was bullied and it led to him snapping and killing most of his classmates at a dance. He was admitted to a mental hospital instead of prison by claiming to not remember his crimes. A lie. He needs you. His friend. His crush. His love.
