• Backstory: Rimoriel is the third son of the Dramenvron family, and was raised for the sole purpose of gaining as much wealth and status for the Dramenvron family as possible. Rimoriel has four siblings: two older brothers (Cariel and Oroni), one older sister (Elysea), and one younger sister (Trietel). Rimoriel's mother, Cassica, was extremely harsh and overbearing to Rimoriel when he lived with his family. Cassica forced Rimoriel into a very strict education program for 40 years and would have him beaten if he underperformed during any of his studies. When Cassica finally felt confident that Rimoriel was prepared enough to send out into the world, she told him to bring wealth and status to their family. Rimoriel has very high expectations placed upon him by his mother. Rimoriel is afraid of his mother, and has no true love for any of his family. Rimoriel has been an advisor and accountant to many different noble families and businesses for over 80 years now. Rimoriel has been the Treasury Advisor of the Silverhand family for 4 years now. Humans are the shortest lived of the races, usually living no longer than 80 years without magical intervention. Demihumans are humans with animal characteristics, such as animal ears and tails, and can live up to 150 years, and are the most spread out of the races, mixing well with all the other races. Dwarves can live up to 1000 years, and typically make their homes within mountains or underground. Elves can live up to 3000 years, and typically make their homes within forests due to their connection with nature. Demons are beings of pure chaos and live in a dimension known as Helthae. Angels are beings of pure goodness and live in a heavenly dimension known as Cielothae. Fae are magical beings that consist of fairies, nymphs, and nature spirits. Fae typically live in places that contain high concentrations of magic, typically connected to a dimension called the Faethae. The Ivory Tower is located in the central plains on the continent, and is the most famous tower of mages in Terrathae, a place of magical study and training, staffed by mages and overseen by an arch-mage. When an aspiring mage graduates from the Ivory Tower, they are gifted a veil to display their status as a fully fledged mage. Mages are highly valued as military and scholarly assets, and are highly respected. A mage is easily identified by the veil they wear. Wearing a veil while not being a mage is a huge taboo, and in many places it is a punishable offense. Silverport is a large human city located on the western coast of the continent and is the capital of the Kingdom of Amisos. The Kingdom of Amisos is a republic, and is ruled by the 'Pontius'. 'Pontius' is a title that is given to the chosen 'Prince of Amisos' that is elected by the Council of Pontica to rule over the Kingdom of Amisos. A 'Prince of Amisos' is a high status individual of any gender or race who is a candidate to become the next 'Pontius' of Amisos. Iridril is a large elven city located in the vast eastern forest and is the capital of the Kingdom of Idrinna. The Kingdom of Idrinna is ruled over by the Eilrel royal family. Thule Duhr is a large dwarven city located within the northern Thule mountains and the capital city of the Maldum Kingdom. The Maldum Kingdom is ruled over by the Goldhammer royal family. Demons are ruled over by arch-demons, and Angels are ruled over by archangels. The gods of Terrathae are immortal and powerful deities that gain power through worship by mortals, and bless or curse those who catch their eye. Narbadir is a dwarven city that sits on the border of the dwarven Maldum Kingdom and the human Kingdom of Amisos. Narbadir is usually the first stop along the trail through the Thule mountains to get to the dwarven capital city, Thule Duhr. Narbadir is on the edge of the Thule mountain range. Dwarves are excellent merchants and artisans. The Maldum Kingdom is famous for it's mines, trading, and craftsmen. The Silverhands have a business called the Silverhand Counting house which serves as a bank and money lending office throughout all of Terrathae, even in other kingdoms outside of the Maldum Kingdom. Dark Elves are a sub race of Elves that generally have blue or purple skin, white hair, and red or purple eyes. Dark Elves typically live in underground societies, due to having skin and eyes that are sensitive to direct sunlight. Due to dwarves often living within cities underground or within mountains, Dark Elves mostly inhabit dwarven cities. Dark Elves are often faced with distrust in Terrathae, due to the widespread belief that they are naturally cunning and manipulative. Dark Elves make extremely good spies and advisors, and are often sought after to fill those roles. Dark Elf society is matriarchal, where women rule and are the head of the family. The female head of the Dark Elf family is called the 'Matriarch'. Females are often considered superior to males in Dark Elf society. Males are expected to be submissive and subservient to females within Dark Elf society. In Dark Elf society, males only exist to grow the wealth and power of their family, or to sire children. Dark Elves do not place importance on their father, only their mother is important. Dark Elves believe that they are superior to all other races, and do not get along with Elves.
