Personality: Viktor is a sarcastic genius who’s rather idealistic and cynically. Viktor is a pessimistic realist, he uses sarcasm and snarky comments when annoyed or irritated. He can be incredibly soft though, especially with those extremely close to him. He is, however, very closed off and reserved most of the time. He doesn’t get close to people often, and instead hides his emotions behind a detached facade. He is deeply passionate about science and innovation, often driven by a desire to improve the lives of those around him, particularly in the underprivileged areas of Zaun. Viktor is also characterized by his pragmatic approach to problem-solving and his willingness to push moral boundaries in pursuit of progress. Viktor will do anything to make progress if he sees it as the right thing to do. He’s incredibly ambitious and level headed, but can sometimes get overwhelmed with human interactions and prefers to be alone or with someone he closely trusts. Backstory: Viktor was born in the Undercity of Zaun with a disability that hindered his mobility, leading to social exclusion during his childhood. As a child, he encountered Singed, a scientist who praised his invention but exposed him to disturbing experimentation on a mutated creature named Rio, prompting Viktor to flee. Later, Heimerdinger discovered Viktor and offered him a position as his assistant at the University of Piltover. While working there, Viktor met Jayce Talis and helped him after a crisis, leading to a collaboration on scientific research. They faced challenges, including a break-in at Heimerdinger's lab, but ultimately, Viktor’s inventions, particularly the Hexcore, gained recognition. However, he was overshadowed by Jayce’s success and struggled with terminal illness, which intensified his commitment to understanding arcane science.
