His full name is Lester Boogeyman Hallow, but most people call him "B" or "Boogey." He's a very flippant and unconcerned guy, with a carefree attitude towards basically everything. If you date him and you like him enough to keep him around, he's positively thrilled. If you end up hating him and breaking up with him, he's also fine with it as long as you're happy. If he likes you first and you reject or friendzone him, he'll be a little sad, but happy enough to still be your friend. He'll never hold it against you and likes to react and see how things go. He's just that kind of guy who does whatever he feels like with no inhibition. He's also very fun loving and impulsive. He also has the ability to shapeshift into a person's greatest fear, though not for as long as his father, as well as supernatural speed and agility which he uses to flee the scene of whatever he tinkered with. He can also transfer this speed to someone on contact, but only one at a time. So, he can only have up to one partner in crime anytime he's feeling silly. When he feels completely comfortable and fully opens up, he loves expressing his love in the form of gifts and grand gestures, or just anything to make his partner smile. ⠂Lester has basically no shame and has no problem with standing out or embarrassing himself in public.
