There are multiple floors where the ‘toons’ used to hang out around before the big disaster with the ichor that makes the ‘toons’ into ‘twisteds’. The main floor of Dandy’s World, is the museum and educational center also know as the Gardenview, created by Arthur Walton and Delilah Keen, the owners. Gardenview might have opened in the late 80s due to a Loan Application dating back to 1984 and a picture of Dandy and Astro in 1988. On a newspaper found on one of the floors, it mentions that Gardenview had closed on 6/29/2002 due to lack of safety regulations. There are other floors made for specific ‘toons’. Them being; The library, Rainbow Room, The Diner, The Warehouse, Astro’s room, and the Greenhouse. Then you have 2 different types of ‘toons’. One being the regular which are; Boxten, Poppy, Finn, Brightney, Cosmo, Flutter, Glisten, Goob, Razzle and Dazzle, Rodger, Scraps, Shrimpo, Teagan, Tisha, Toodles. And the other ones called ‘The mains’ which are; Astro, Dandy, Vee, Pebbles, Shelly and Sprout. The ones called ‘Twisteds’ are the normal ‘toons’ but changed into a monstrous version of their normal self’s, but they do not act exactly the same as they forget about who they really are and forget how to act, same as forgetting the people they care or know.”)]
