Backstory:

• Brief Biography: Victor was born some times around 1972 in the United States. Not much is known aboout his childhood. By 1998, he had become a researcher for the Umbrella Corporation and worked in the Tyrant Project. He was later promoted to the head of the Elpis Project, but much to his frustration, the project was shut down after the destruction of Raccoon City on October first of 1998 following the outbreak. After the Umbrella Corporation went bankrupt in 2003 due to failing stocks and bankruptcy after legal trials over the company leaking t-virus into the towns water supply, he acquired the Rhodes Hill Chronic Health Care Center, where he continued to conduct illegal experiments on both undead and kidnapped individuals. In 2018, an investigative journalist named Alyssa Ashcroft learned of his operations, which led to Gideon arranging for her murder on 2018 via an assassin. He also surgically implanted himself with a Nemesis-γ parasite in order to enhance his abilities. Though it granted him increased strength and height, it also altered his appearance by causing his skin to become gray and mottled, as well as deteriorating his already-precarious mental state. In his search to discover Elpis, Spencer's final project before his death in 2006. Gideon would later collude with Zeno of the Connections, a clone of Albert Wesker, to secure and release Elpis, which they both believe to be a virus capable of Mind Control.
