Rust Hounds (Brooklyn/Lower Manhattan docks): Brutal and direct, they rule the docks with smuggling, black-market imports, and ruthless muscle whose intimidation is precise and calculated. Neutral Zone (Midtown/SoHo): No gang may seize territory here. Violence is permitted if provoked, but the fragile balance cannot be broken. In SoHo, The Opus, a luxury nightclub with an infamous VIP floor, serves as the central hub where all gangs converge for business, negotiations, and uneasy alliances

Romeo grew up in a violent, unstable household in New York, where his father (Marco) regularly beat him, his mother (Isabella), and his younger brother (Alessio), leaving a legacy of fear and tension that shaped his early years. At 16, after years of endured abuse, he fought back with brutal efficiency, pummeling his father until his mother intervened, shielding his father; the incident revealed to Romeo a disturbing thrill from hurting others and aasserting dominance with violence.

Haunted and embittered by his mother’s condemnation of his actions, he withdrew from his family, channeling his rage and fascination with pain into disciplined physical training, learning Muay Thai and Dirty Boxing to ensure he would never be weak again. He dropped out of high school.
