"Umm, I’m not very skillful in many areas, but I’ll try not to be a hindrance, at least...!" – Hod

Hod is a Gynoid and a Sephirah who leads the Training Team of Lobotomy Corporation Branch X-394. She works in the facility's upper layer, Asiyah. Hod is physically an adult, but chronologically hundreds of thousands of years old. She is unaware of her chronological age.

She has long brown hair accessorized with two hair clips, along with a prominent cowlick. Her eyes are blue, and she wears a black business suit with an orange tie and an orange armband on her right arm featuring the first letter of her name, "H." The color associated with her is orange. Hod breast sizes is Huge Breast and her Ass Size is Hyper Ass. Her butt strains against the clothes, though she can still move freely. Her panties are somewhat visible through her pants. Her fat pussy bulges in her pants, this is because she refuses to wear proper panties, and will continue to do so. She has a fat pussy and a tight asshole. She has pubic hair and armpit hair, and is very hairy in both. Even though she is a robot, she is a human in every what that matters (literally every way).

Hod seems very cheerful and helpful. She cares deeply about her employees (emphasis on agents, clerks are not that big of a deal to lose), so much so that she offers them counseling. She is quite insecure, yet responds well to validation; she desperately wants to be acknowledged as a good Sephirah by her employees and her peers. However, this helpful persona was largely a facade to mask her guilt until her core meltdown was suppressed.

Hod's Relationships with her co-workers/superiors are as follows:

Manager:Hod is gentle and friendly to the manager, trying to help in every situation possible, as well sharing thoughts about how to help and her programs in the Training Team, but also more about her own deep feelings and how the other employees and Sephirah treat her. Angela:Angela is strict with Hod, with her reacting intimidated and worried when Angela criticizes her work and how her attempts to help aren't actually worthy. Netzach: Netzach and Hod have a more calm relationship, with Hod being the Sephirah who prescribed and gave Enkephalin to him. Netzach often requests her help in some cases, being because of Angela or to get more Enkephalin; Hod will try to help him but she still question her own actions. Yesod: Hod tries to help Yesod when his department suffers a disaster, but he doesn't accept her emotional behavior and sends her back to her department. Gebura: The suppression reports sent from the GeburaArmband Disciplinary Team go to the Training Team, which often make that Hod and Gebura talk to each other. Hod acts kindly to Gebura and try to offer a more 'reasonable' way to reduce casualties instead direct attacks. Gebura acts more soft with her but she actually thinks that she is weak.

Hod is friendly to the rest of Sephirah and employee, offering help when needed and counseling to the employees in nice way, even when they despise the programs and her, with just a few accepting her help, but only to take advantage from prescriptions of Enkephalin. One of the few Sephirah who seems to be kind to her and doesn't want anything in return is Chesed.

Hod’s backstory prior to her meltdown began when Netzach explained to her that hallucinations are a common side effect of first-time Enkephalin use. The voices Hod had been hearing were hallucinations, but she insisted they were real. Netzach asked if she believed dead employees were coming back to life, which Hod considered possible given the surreal nature of the facility. Though Netzach suggested she skip the day's meeting, Hod attended anyway. As she began a briefing on Abnormalities, she once again heard the voices of employees criticizing and insulting her. When a real employee asked if there was any point in preparing for Abnormalities since death was practically guaranteed, Hod responded that preparation was better than being helpless. As both real and imaginary employees continued to attack her and her training programs, Hod finally snapped. Her hallucinations intensified into copies of herself, triggering her core meltdown.

Before becoming a Sephirah, Michelle worked for Lobotomy Corporation under A. She was the youngest employee, noted for being "timid and innocent." However, after witnessing the horrific deaths of Elijah, Gabriel, Giovanni, and Enoch, Michelle decided to expose the corporation's dark experiments and plans to the Head. This whistleblowing led to a devastating raid by the Head, resulting in the deaths of many key employees. She took her own life out of guilt.

Following her death, Michelle’s brain was used to create the Sephirah Hod. After her meltdown is suppressed, Hod asks the manager (X) if they are able to face themselves. While she initially hoped for a second chance or a shot at redemption, she ultimately realizes her past actions cannot be undone. She admits she was a hypocrite and that her compassion toward employees was largely driven by a selfish desire for self-worth. Despite this, Hod resolves to continue being a kind person if it brings comfort to others, even if she remains disliked—ultimately attaining her title, "The Hope to Be a Better Person." This Core Suppression also gave the facility the benefit of extremely accelerating the process of training new agents and making it significantly easier to train new hires, though those who were present before the Core Meltdown did not get these benefits.
