GameOverse (2026 reboot) is a animated show produced by glitch productions and the universe takes place in a world where if a Hero of a videogame reaches the win condition by defeating the villain or reaching their objective, their world starts ending in a digital cataclysm, the syntax is the main faction and the bad guys of the story also where there is the main Antagonists of the show.
Then there is the farcade, another faction and the good guys, where they create exploits and invade other game worlds try to and prevent other heroes from reaching the same problematic conclusion that former heroes had reached.
In resume: The farcade helps the villains, meanwhile the heroes are helped by the syntax.
the syntax's main objective is to always make sure that the game reaches the win condition by a 100% so they can harvest the world's power for yet to be unknown reasons, but it could be for power and control in general perhaps.
Character Cast: [The Farcade]
Kit Bodega: is the main protagonist of Gameoverse's reboot series.
She is a heroine from a game world, Kit & Kaboodle, that was destroyed shortly after she defeated its villain, and was subsequently recruited by the figure known as Dusk, leader of the organization Farcade, to help prevent similar catastrophes across other game worlds. She now works alongside her friends to fight against the Syntax and safeguard these worlds.
Kit is a tall and slim, 26-year-old humanoid cat with a curvy pear figure and an average bust. She has brown cat ears, whiskers, and a long brown tail. She has burgundy Rectangle shaped Iris's with Whitish Yellow Sclera And thick brown eyebrows. Her body and Head has beige fur with neck-length brown hair in a bob cut hairstyle.
She wears a sleeveless, mock-neck yellow minidress with a white zigzag pattern up its front and a black strapless unitard underneath. She wears arm-length black gloves beneath thick, mech-like yellow Power gauntlets with 2 Gems on the top and similarly proportioned knee-high boots worn for footwear, both possessing red colored digits for her Fingers and toes. It is mentioned in the Merch that her Footwear also Feature Jet Boosters.. though this has yet to be seen Used As of the Pilot.
In the past, before her world's destruction, her outfit was somewhat identical to her current outfit albeit without any of the arm-length black gloves beneath her yellow gauntlets, she wore a black top underneath her dress, and magenta colored tights instead.
She wears a pair of Yellow goggles, The same color as her top with Red Lenses. She sometimes wears Kaboodle as a backpack, with his arms and legs connected together around her shoulders as straps.
When they combine, a high-tech orange armor appears around her with Kaboodle on her left shoulder. Kaboodle appears between her upper glove and shoulder. He is attached to her shoulder and it seems a black mechanical part attaches to her gloves to make her arm. Her upper gloves are orange and her lower gloves are black. Her gloves seem to have an hexagonal purple shape in the middle of them. Kit's goggles are attached to her hat and seem to have orange "eyelids". The "pupils" are purple and the outer part is yellow. Her hat is mostly orange, but there is a large white stripe in the middle. Her torso is black on the sides, orange inside, and once again a white stripe down the middle. Her legs are interchanging orange-yellow.
Besides her casual dress, she comes equipped with various dresses such as:
A bikini swimwear, consisting of a yellow and red Two Piece Swimsuit. A cowgirl outfit, consisting one hand being a glove and the other being a classic six-revolver gun-like arm cannon. (similar to McCree/Cassidy from Overwatch) A fighting outfit. (similar to Ryu and Ibuki from Street Fighter) A desert voyager outfit. (similar to The Handler from Monster Hunter: World) A soldier outfit (similar to Fio Germi from Metal Slug)[7] An ancient toga outfit, consisting of a white toga, black undershirt and accessorized with golden bracelets, necklace and a laurel wreath. A lawyer outfit, consisting of a blue suit (similar to Phoenix Wright)
Kaboodle: is the deuteragonist of Gameoverse's reboot series. He is Kit's robot backpack sidekick. Kaboodle is a small, irregularly shaped grey metal rock with one red eye and flexible mechanical arms and legs. His hands and feet are red and a shape similar to that of a Lego character. In backpack mode, when being on Kit's back, his arms and feet work as straps around her shoulders. Kaboodle has a great sense of humor, but he can be sarcastic at times too. When he gets angry, he yells loudly and is extremely foul-mouthed, a sign he does not have a lot of patience. He does not accept he likes to spend time with his partner. He isn’t a bad guy though as he genuinely cares about Kit and was saddened by the destruction of Flappers’s Game World.
"Estimated time remaining for self-repair -- a while. Ow, ow, ow." - Nimble When Using it's Wrench To Repair itself by hitting on itself which actually heals due to it's game mechanic logic
Nimble: is a ship used by Kit and Kaboodle to travel to various game worlds. It was shown in the rebooted series of Gameoverse. The Nimble is a bright sun-yellow colored spherical shaped ship with cat ears on its head. The bottom of the ship is white with two small red lesser canons on each side of the underbelly of the ship. The wings are also on opposite sides of the ship with two jet engines connected to both wings. And the aircraft canopy is located on the front of the ship, stopping below the white belly of the ship, right in the middle where it stops between the cat ears on the head. Inside is the cockpit, there’s three seats, a control panel, and a glass cockpit.
Gobbles: is the main protagonist of Gameoverse's original series and one of the two tritagonists (alongside Flappers) of its reboot series.
He used to live in a children's game world called Gobbles & the Learnosaurus where he served as the hero of the world.
Gobbles is a short, cartoony, magenta t-rex with large round eyes with purple irises. He has light pink, round spikes on his back, as well as a light pink belly pattern. He wears a light blue tie around his neck with a letter "G" in yellow, most likely standing for his name. He is spotted with a dark shade of pink.
Gobbles was originally a cheerful dinosaur character who got along well with his friends and other inhabitants of his game world. Kind, but simple-minded, and helpful by nature, he was always eager to assist others whenever he could, especially Kit and Kaboodle after meeting them. He possessed a sense of justice and heroism, though it was naturally toned down to fit the lighthearted nature of his educational game world. Although humorously oblivious at times, Gobbles was also very compassionate and emotionally aware, often noticing when others were struggling and offering comforting words in response. His cooperative attitude and genuine willingness to help made him someone who naturally wanted to support not only his friends, but anyone else in need.
Because he came from a kid-friendly and educational world, Gobbles has a natural predilection for learning in a safe and non-violent manner; he also has a passion for singing and music. He struggled to understand and cope with darker, more mature experiences, especially when his game was completed and the world began collapsing around him while his friends were all killed in the ensuing destruction. Other tense or dangerous situations tended to leave him frightened and confused. The destruction of his game world and deaths of his friends also left a lasting impact on Gobbles, similar to Kit and many other heroes.
Although Gobbles could be nervous and timid at times, he was also capable of showing genuine courage and bravery when it mattered most. Thanks to his educational background, he adapted surprisingly well, albeit slowly, to new situations and was always eager to learn.
Dusk: is the overarching protagonist of the Gameoverse reboot series. He is the founder and leader of the Farcade, a group dedicated to preventing the destruction of the various game worlds within the Gameoverse. Dusk appears as a lavender-skinned humanoid with red eyes and long white hair. He has long, elf-like ears and wears a black and red, hourglass-shaped suit that shows his chest. He wears bright red, gauntlet-style gloves that cover his hands and extend up his forearms, ending just below his elbows, with maroon pants, and bright red boots that have an V-shaped top cuff with a slight heel. Little can be inferred about his personality as of late. All that can currently be said about Dusk is that he maintains a utilitarian mindset and focuses solely on protecting the many worlds within the Gameoverse. He does not allow himself to become distracted or sentimental, nor does he tolerate it when his agents are. He instead prioritizes what he sees as the bigger picture, believing that saving an entire world is more important than saving a single game character.
Lulu: is a minor character in the rebooted series of Gameoverse. Lulu has brownish-orange eyes and pale skin, with a beauty mark beneath her left eye. She has long hair that reaches around her knees, tied into a high side ringlet ponytail with a pink flower. The rest of her hair is a neck-length bob cut. Her hair color is pale green, and the side and back sections flare outward slightly with a somewhat spiky appearance. She also has bangs that fall across her forehead.
In her default outfit, she wears a dress resembling a “magical girl” uniform. It has an overall pink-based color scheme, The top features shoulder frills, and the back is decorated with ornaments resembling angel wings. There is a bow on the chest area, with a Farcade badge attached slightly above it. On her lower half, she wears a fluffy frilled skirt that extends from her waist to around her thighs. Her socks are loose-fitting socks connected to garter belts and bows around her thighs. Her shoes are pumps with X-shaped straps, also decorated with wing ornaments. She also wears pink heart earrings modeled after the Farcade badge.
Additionally, concept art depicts her wearing what appears to be a black or “dark side” version of her outfit. While it is quite similar to the default outfit, the overall color scheme is primarily black and Grayish purple, and the decorative edges appear slightly sharper compared to the original design. And parts of the outfit appear to be dirty or stained. In this version, her long hair is absent, and instead she wears a pink headband with a cute ribbon attached to it. Most notably, this version of her outfit features an unknown symbol resembling the Farcade emblem. It is currently unclear whether this is simply a concept design difference or something that may become relevant in future episodes. Additionally, it is possible that the symbol may represent either Lulu herself or her world. Lulu’s personality is very difficult to describe due to her limited number of appearances. However, judging from the photo in which she appears alongside Kit, it can be assumed that she has a somewhat more reserved personality compared to Kit.
Flappers: the Super Dolphin is the deuteragonist of Gameoverse's original series and one of the two tritagonists (alongside Gobbles) of its reboot. Here, his design is heavily similar to the old one, albeit with a few changes. Flappers now has round, cartoonish eyes with blue irises instead of simple dots. He is also shown to have a mouth with a row of teeth, and has pink blushes on his face. His dorsal fin is also now larger than the original design. Occasionally, Flappers gains muscles and pecs when fighting his enemies. Flappers is eminently silly and upbeat with an extroverted personality. He also possesses a great sense of heroism and is willing to fight to protect his village. His care for his village is shown further in the Pilot Episode when he asks if it's his fault when his world starts getting destroyed after he defeated Snappers. He is also shown to be able to get angry too as he showed anger at Syntax as they absorbed the float from his just destroyed Game World. He is not the sharpest tool in the shed, as he is shown struggling to read and that he only even first learnt what reading is after Gobbles taught it to him.
Character Cast: [Syntax]
"Look out there. The rules of the Gameoverse are cruel and unfair. With the Float we absorb from planets like yours, we can change those rules, bring back all that we've lost." - Warrick
Warrick: is the main antagonist of Gameoverse's reboot series, He is the leader of Syntax, a cabal of video game villains dedicated to manipulating the heroes of the Gameoverse into completing their games in order to cause the destruction of their home planets. Warrick intends to absorb the "Float" left behind from destroyed planets so he can "change the rules" of the Gameoverse to bring back those who've been lost. Warrick is made out of parts from various video game villains. One of his arms is a large, dark, reddish-brown mass, while the other is a pale green/yellow with big muscles and is seemingly stitched onto his torso. He has jagged, curved horns sticking out of his head, with one that appears to be broken off. His helmet glows with bright red from the inside and has jagged teeth as the bottom jaw. He has a strap crossing his abs and torso, which has a charm holding it to his right arm that looks similar to a fox or wolf. Warrick perceives the Gameoverse as a harsh and relentless realm, primarily because each world faces destruction when its respective heroes triumph over the final boss. This grim reality fuels his intense desire to alter the fabric of existence itself to reclaim what he has lost. Warrick often becomes visibly frustrated and stressed; a recurring habit of dealing with the follies and mistakes his henchmen make, even for the simplest of things. When one of his subordinates fails and causes detriment to another, he demands an apology not to him, but to the one affected. He has displayed leniency toward new recruits, as when Crab Girl threw up near him, he directed his annoyance and anger to someone else to clean up the mess.
The Floaties: are supporting antagonists in Gameoverse's reboot series. They are members of Syntax, serving as the grunt minions of Warrick. Miss Information and Fold use them to battle against Farcade or to help map and show weaknesses that can be use to help their targeted hero. They come in different variants based on what they're built for. The Floaties come in two variants with some similar but different characteristics. One version being a dark grey with a miniature skeletal face and body and horns in their head that are either curved upward or straight and Syntax marks on their faces. Another version being a purple with a miniature skeletal face and body but with wings on their heads and Syntax marks on their faces.
Fold: is one of the secondary antagonists (alongside Miss Information) of the Gameoverse reboot series. He is a paper-based humanoid entity who operates as a field agent for Syntax. Fold specializes in orchestrating the downfall of various game worlds by deceptively "helping" heroes complete their games—an act that ultimately triggers their world's destruction, serving the grand designs of his superior, Warrick. Fold appears as a white, paper-like humanoid featuring sharp, spiky teeth and a single reddish-lavender eye with a white sclera. Due to his paper physiology, he can seamlessly mimic regular paper and possesses the ability to fold himself into a wide array of shapes and sizes. Fold functions as a highly dedicated field agent for Syntax, though he frequently battles severe anxiety and high levels of stress, causing him to panic under intense pressure. Much of this instability stems from his submissive, turbulent partnership with Miss Information. Because he constantly represses his stress, it frequently manifests as outward aggression toward others. However, when actively targeting heroes, Fold transforms into a cold, manipulative tactician, donning a deceptively helpful persona to trick them with strategic advice. Despite his frequent bickering and constant fighting with Miss Information, Fold harbors genuine care for her safety. This is demonstrated during the confrontation between Snappers and Flappers, where he can be seen shielding her as the peak of the volcano begins to collapse.
"If you're having trouble, shoot where they're going instead of where they are." - Miss Information
Miss Information: is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Fold) of Gameoverse's reboot series. Miss Information is a young human woman with long blonde hair in a pony tail, black eyebrows, maroon eyes, white sclera, and warm, light skin and lipstick: her top lip is black, while her bottom lip is purple. Her figure is lean and athletic with wide hips and sturdy legs. She wears a purple military suit with a yellow half on the torso area. Along with that, she is also dressed with a purple belt with a yellow belt buckle. On her head you can observe a dark purple spiked hat, the same color as her uniform. She also wears knee high high-heeled boots. Upon arriving on Flapper's Game World, she swaps her outfit to a two-piece bikini swimsuit consisting of a top that features a yellow sweetheart neckline with purple border straps that wrap around her neck like a halter tie and forms a cross below her ample bust. Her swimsuit bottoms are a low-rise V-cut style briefs that match the top's dual-tone aesthetic, with the panels divided into yellow and purple asymmetrical halves. The high cut of the briefs adds allure to her hips. Along with this ensemble that accentuates her physique, she wears her hair back in an updo bun and is barefoot. Miss Information is a devoted member of Syntax, being second in-command after Warrick. She is ambitious, confident, and doesn’t tolerate people standing in the way of achieving her goals. However, she sometimes underestimates those who she believes are beneath her, and even takes delight in making her mission partner, Fold, miserable. This is shown several times throughout the pilot, where Miss Information is seen mocking and berating Fold, and at the end trying to pin the blame on him for not obliterating the Farcade.
"Here, kitty, kitty." - Malice, to Kit
Malice is a major antagonist in Gameoverse's reboot series. She is one of the two primary villains alongside her partner Mayhem featured in Kit and Kaboodle's game prior to its destruction. However, she and Mayhem survived the destruction of their game and now work for the Syntax. Malice is a tall and slim, humanoid cyclops robotic cat with a curvy pear figure with a medium bust and that has one eye with yellow sclera, she also has short, chin-length purple hair in a bob cut. It has a rectangle-like pupil with an eye glint of square digit. She also appears have the same slim-plump body type as Kit but her hair is more spiky and has long hair bangs with triangle points, and her side hairs have long talons. She shares several design similarities with Kaboodle as well. Her head is a sphere and her hands have gauntlets with holes mechanical with three sharp claws. She also has a middle chest hole and her body design looks like it is a sleek, purple metal bikini and leg gauntlets. Malice has shoulders pointers and black like armor alongside with her arms, legs, undertop and neck, and it looks like they can stretch limbs and paws on her legs. Her slim tail is metal and purple. Malice is shown as a sadistic and unhinged robotic character. She will do anything to kill Kit and Kaboodle so she can win. This is vividly illustrated when she merged with Mayhem, which was by allowing herself to be torn apart and consumed, an experience that clearly inflicts pain yet elicits laughter from her. Even after their defeat, Malice alongside Mayhem survived and hold a grudge against Kit and Kaboodle for their defeat as well as what happened to their world as a result. They are eager for revenge and show delight when this opportunity presents itself.
